I am an employee of a nationwide healthcare agency. Frontida provides the best care, comfort, love, and support to families and residents. There have been many changes in the last couple of years for our agency and Frontida. Dennis, the director, and Sam, the facility RN, genuinely care about their residents. It’s incredible what a new director, facility RN, lead caregivers, and all other disciplines can do to flip Tender Reflections into Frontida. It feels and appears as if it was transformed into a brand-new facility. The residents and new residents have “new homes” This is not a facility that kicks back and lets things happen. The entire team at Frontida is impressive. Once a patient works with outside agencies, most facility directors, RNs, and caregivers “sit back” and let them take care of everything because it’s their patient. That is not true at Frontida; it is “our” patient. Suppose you are looking for a facility that offers extra support, love, care, and even just assistance here and there with simple tasks which are not simple “everyday tasks” This is the perfect place for yourself or your loved ones. Many families, friends, and POAS, I feel, don’t see the big picture; they feel guilty, scared, mean, disrespectful, and liars to the loving person they are admitting to a facility. At Frontida, their residents are not treated as a number; they aren’t pushed to the side; they are provided 24/7 care by their facility team. I have always told my parents that I would never put them in anyone else’s care, but nine times out of ten, it’s hard trying to comfort your loved one and being their caregiver is simply impossible. If it came to the point where our family could not care for our parents, I would 100% admit my parent (s) to Frontida because I know they would be supported, loved, comfortable, clean, and safe at all times. Speaking as a person and not a nurse, I love this facility. There are many reasons why. Most people do not like change, but the difference, or I would say “upgrade” by finding their perfect team, the facility is an entirely different “home” for everyone. I’m not too fond of changes, but this was the best change possible. Patient care and collaboration within the facility are exceptional. As a spectator, I see and realize what is happening in a facility. I see Frontida caregivers working so hard to provide the best care possible. I would take my parents to Frontida today if I had to due to the excellent staff, including the director, nurse, lead caregivers, caregivers, activity director, and all the disciplines at the facility. I often have to request information, have the caregivers sign my tablet, or let me out of the secured locked building; not once have they complained. They are challenging, highly hard-working employees. Most of the time, I work with the same staff, and I greatly appreciate your assistance with anything and everything I ask from you, especially when I ask you for dispensed dates and counts on medication. I recommend this facility and staff 100%. Genuine compassion, collaboration with outside agencies, and overall feeling like you are at your “home.” I thank all the staff at Frontida; for providing the best services to Frontida residents and outside agency employees. We are all treated as equals. In my 16 years as a nurse, I have never had a manager or director give families their cell phone numbers and answer the calls at any time. The support is unbelievable. The facility is gorgeous. There are two sides, A and B, and in the middle of the facility is the common area, waterfall in the middle. This allows the caregivers and patients easy visual access instead of an upper and a lower type of building. The rooms are clean and fresh. This is a facility that I don’t have to run home to change out of my scrubs. I can walk in the door, hug and kiss my kids and husband and be worry-free of cleanliness. An extra thank you to the caregivers I work with the most of the time. You are unique, kind, and more helpful than you know.

My father spent two months at the Frontida in Elkhorn. After successful rehab he was able to go home.The building itself is nice with modern amenities, nice rooms, large clean bathrooms, and spacious gathering areas and dining space.This is a memory care facility, and residents can be a bit trying at times but the care workers all treat everyone with respect and dignity.This is a memory care facility, and residents can be a bit trying at times but the care workers all treat everyone with respect and dignity.

Frontida Assisted Living in Elkhorn, Wisconsin is a nice and Modern facility. My wife has been there since early December of 2022 and my family and I are very happy we made the decision to allow the staff of Frontida to care for my wife. We are very grateful to the staff as they are always attentive and checks in on the patients. Dennis is always available to answer my questions. I an updating my review today, 4/15/23,. After an additional 4 months myself and our family are pleased with Frontida, it's a modern, clean facility with a super staff. My wife has Alzhiemersand is not easy to deal with, but Dennis and the staff have handled her quite well and she has improved recently. Thank You all!

This has to be the worst place I ever worked for. staff is not very nice at all. stuck up little *******,. And lie all the time . nice the first day then before you know it they have you doing way more than the position you were hired for.went in as a cook than I was a dishwasher,waiter, and running food to rooms . Beware stay away
