Was a great place for families. Fantastic neighbors, maintenance staff, and office staff. Walls and ceilings are very soundproof. You only hear noise from neighbors through the doors walking down the hallways. Playground for kids some grills out there and lots of grass for running around. Update: I would not recommend if you have babies or if your home offen until the construction is done. It has been awful the past few months with constant disruption and noise. Kids can't take naps or play outside there is debris mud and nails everywhere. Dog got orange wood stuck in his paw on a walk to the bush. It's very feels very claustrophobic with the fire sprinkler pipes installed and smells when installed. Two of the new frames are not even staight and it bugs me to look at them. I'm tried. So tired of all this noise and cranky babies that need sleep. I'm tired of the multiple entries over so long just do it all in a day or two for each apartment like we were all originally told and let us be. Update: 5/22 don't forget the no hot water many times out of the year or yesterday 5/21 no notice that there was no water when you wake up so u have to call and have poop sitting in your tolit all day till your back home. Still nails and bolts all over the dirt outside too.

We’ve been here a couple of years. FIRST THE BAD: The hallways are creaky _()_/. Our kitchen cabinets are old. Management is super attentive, our (small!) dogs love living in a park, and if you’re facing the west you’ll have a killer view.

My daughter and son in-law live here. The apartment is cute. It's in a safe area and it's a secure building. They've never had any packages stolen. Their neighbors are great. When they have has any repairs to be done, maintenance has been there quickly and have done a great job.

This place is great. I have a very spacious place for a very affordable price. Moreover, the community is very friendly and keeps to themselves. But definitely - and I can't say this enough - the best part is the staff. They are helpful and responsive, fixing anything that goes wrong in the appt very quickly. I definitely recommend.

Maintenance is quick to respond. I also appreciate the emergency maintenance number for weekends and after hours, especially when the toilet in our only bathroom stopped working.

Been a great place to live the last 2 yrs with garage parking for rent as available. Wonderful staff.pet friendly staff. Quick turn around on maintenance requests. Good space and convenient to food and downtown.

I just moved in but the apartment is very nice. The only problem I had was the water pressure coming from the shower head but First thing in the morning the maintenance men showed up and started working on it and did not give up until they fixed it. Great service.

I have had the most positive experience renting from Westwinds. Amber is a pleasure to work with. Takes care of all my requests big or small in a timely fashion. It’s great to rent from a company where their tenants truly do come first! Those type of companies are hard to find. Keep up the great work.

The apartment buildings are located in a great spot to access most of Eau Claire and easy access to the free way. Super close drive to work and I enjoy stopping in to the onsite office to talk to all the workers now that the new management has moved in. They have already made great changes to the place so far and have already begun updating the apartment building. I can't wait to see what they will do as they go forward.

Mostly the 3 stars is for the person that showed us the apartment was really nice and answered my questions. The place though was terrible. Carpet was really bad shape. Counters were warped. Cement sidewalks mostly cracked/damaged.

Decent apartment complex with a locked building and garage parking. Lobby is very nice with a small cooking area, lounge area and vending machines. Some of the flaws are that there are no security cameras, you have to pay for laundry and there isn’t any guest parking. Guests aren’t suppose to park in the lot but there is no where else for them to park. Good location to live at regardless

Not much to say except I know a few people that have rented and that are renting. I've been in a few appartments and they seemed pretty nice and clean. Cozy but spacious. The lots need new safe and more conveniently accessable entrances. Tenants have also said the sane thing.

The apartment units are decent. No major flaws were apparent during move-in. Maintenance has been a nightmare to deal with. They call, leave a message, and never return your calls. I still have 2 screens that need to be replaced.

Units are clean and well-maintained. Maintenance is timely and considerate. Rent is fantastic for all that's included. Electricity is very affordable. Lots of green-space, sport courts and a play-a-rama for kids.
