It's my pleasure to write a review for Heritage Assisted Living Eau Claire. Our mother lived there for 7 months prior to her passing in July, 2023. We wish we had moved her to Heritage much sooner! Mom was very reluctant to move, but she settled in very quickly. The staff made an effort to include her immediately in daily activities like bingo and field trips which she enjoyed very much. The nursing staff is outstanding. We were so impressed with the level of care and most importantly, compassion. They attended to every one of mom's needs while allowing her to maintain her dignity. And the nursing staff's continual communication with family was so appreciated. Mom had special dietary needs, and she often told us how the chef went out of his way to make sure she wasn't eating something she couldn't have. And she enjoyed every meal! The facility is very well maintained. Mom's apartment was cleaned regularly, garbage taken out often twice a day. Having mom at Heritage was such a blessing for our family. We were confident she was being well cared for, we were confident she was safe. We owe a big thank-you to every staff member at Heritage. They have our highest recommendation as a wonderful senior living facility.

We have a family member at the Heritage assisted living and would say it is the best facility in the Eau Claire area. All the staff from cleaning, patient care assistance, food service, medication management to supervisory has been so very pleasant, caring, personable, informative, available and easy to work with at any time. I don't have to worry each day how my family member is doing because she is monitored and given exceptional care 100% of the time. She loves it there and is thankful for all the staff!

My mother was a resident at Heritage Assisted Living for seven months and she loved it there. The facility was always clean. The single-floor, compact arrangement was a good fit for limited mobility residents. The staff was informative and consistently treated residents with kindness, and compassion. The nursing and care staff provided 24/7 support to all residents based on need, including medication administration and updates to family as needed. The innovative calendar of events helped keep residents active and contributed to the sense of community. Thanks to the Heritage staff for tending to all the needs of our Mom!

I like this community for my mom. This community. The staff are great and keep me informed on her care and well-being. The food is wonderful and she likes the variety that is served. They have a lot of activities that she is really participating in and enjoys them a lot. I was very impressed with the staff and how they interact with the other residents and everyone has a good attitude. I would recommend this highly to other families. for the great value and care that is given here.

I would highly recommend this community because my father really likes it. He is meeting people, and it seems like he is getting help he needs. The socializing and activities are his favorite part. The activity director just organized a Christmas party and there were over 100 people there, it was a lot of fun. The meals provided are very good, and the place is always very clean. Overall very pleased.
