Willowwick - Clinton has been an amazing experience for our family to move our parents to in the last few weeks. The Staff has been beyond amazingly supportive of our family and our parents. The care staff that came into their apt to take vitals, provide medicine, check on them was great. The flexibility extra effort the Chef made to meet my moms dietary needs, AMAZING! Celia is awesome, patient, understanding, so great. Tom, Director; Sue, Director AND all staff have been so welcoming and kind! Highly recommend. As My family was told, communication from residents family is very important to the leadership of the facility. Their goal is to treat each resident with respect kindness. I write this review with great experience of researching and visiting MANY facilities in different states cities. As a closing comment I trust this leadership will stand behind their mission of treating each resident with respect, provide the they need, keep the environment family friendly.

Peacefully set in Clinton, WI...this assisted living community harbors a feeling of home that cannot be fabricated, only authenticated through a caring staff and involved, local owners. The place is gorgeous inside and out. Highly recommend.

Very nice facility and very friendly. Big on personal attention to detail and everybody seemed to enjoy each other's company. The staff was very enthusiastic about their jobs and treated the residents as family. The only drawback was the resident rooms. Very small and crowded with the bed in the living space and no kitchenette.

This is a wonderful care home and we are very pleased with all they have done for us. The home is very well maintained, they keep her room and the home very nice and clean. The cook here is amazing, we know she is eating well. The staff is great, they are helpful and attentive. There are activities offered through out the day. Overall we know she is safe and in good hands. This is a care home I would recommend.
