Very friendly community not only with the other residents but also the staff. The community meets my needs and I am very happy to be living here. The Life Engagement Manager Mia has been very helpful time and time again and even came to my apartment to help set up my TV. Overall a great place to live.

I am here only 6 months now, but first impressions mean alot to me, and I was taken aback by how grand everything appeared. I love my apartment that provides the necessities needed to make living here worry free. The staff I've met are friendly, informative and supportive. They also provide a monthly ambitious schedule full of activities/opportunities to participate. I am so glad my Son found New Perspectives for me!!!

I have a few clients living at New Perspectives that I visit with often. Every time I enter the community I'm always greeted by every employee passing by. The residents are friendly and love chit chatting. The community is very clean, beautiful, and organized. My clients have longevity at the community and are happy living in the community. I've worked closely with Colette for many years & she's a wonderful partner to have. The independent living nurse is very prompt when I have questions. Mia has also been a great addition to the team. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their residents and you can see it by how happy they are! Tons of activities and they're always willing to open their community to others! Highly recommend.

My husband has been here for a bit over a year. Hiccup during complete staff turnover, but only current issue is bullying from other resident regarding my husband's support dog. Facility claims pet friendly and no issues with staff. But resident has denied my husband from all social activities.

Walking into New Perspective Senior Living (Brown Deer), immediately gave me a warm feeling. The aesthetics were absolutely beautiful. It made me feel as though, I would be OKAY with leaving my Grandma in a place like this. The staff greeted me with a smile, and helped me locate the nice lady who gave me a tour. While touring the building, other staff were friendly, and the residents appeared very content with the various activities that they were engaged in. It definitely made my heart happy seeing the smiles on the residents faces. One of the things that really drew me to this facility was knowing that my loved one would be encouraged to engage with others. I love, love, love, how Ms. Ebony Johnson, the Life Engagement Manager, really put so much thought into planning these engagements. On my second visit, the residents were getting ready for some sort of party. They were all dressed up, the building had beautiful balloons and floral decor. It made me want to join the party too! I totally recommend New Perspective Senior Living (Brown Deer) wholeheartedly, and without hesitation! When that time comes for my loved one.... I CHOOSE THEM!

I have been in independent living for almost 6 months now and I love it here. Both the residents and staff are wonderful and supportive. Great atmosphere. Recently attended an event here at this facility. I was blown away at how beautiful and inviting this place was. I enjoyed seeing the smiling faces on the elderly. Everyone was so engaged and happy .

I recently had an opportunity to attend an event at npsl North Shore. The first thing that struck me was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Just the feeling I want guests to have when they come to my home. I was able to witness a caregiver assisting a resident. They demonstrated patience and genuine concern. I also observed other staff members interacting with the residents in a very caring manner. I personally work at a senior and disabled adult independent living building and would not hesitate to recommend npsl North Shore to any of the residents there. Keep up the good work!

My dad has been @ New Perspective in Brown Deer for almost 2 years. He is in Memory care & has had the BEST care there ever since he became a resident The caregivers are the SWEETEST & most caring people! I only wish my dad could realize how blessed he is to be there. All of the staff is wonderful, easy to work with & sincerely cares about the people in their retirement home. They deserve some kind of recognition for all their hard work. Memory care is NOT an easy place to work in & requires a special person to work there. I thank God for the caregivers & all the staff who work so hard. God bless all of you✝️

My Mom has been a resident for about a year. had chosen NP for her because of the wonderful atmosphere and the comparable care services. BUT, after this year , I must say that your strengths are far beyond comparison. Here are several things that are an example of your stellar service.Mom enjoyed your pool for many months, telling visitors not to come at certain times as she could NOT miss her Aquatics class. (Not a single facility that I toured had a pool except you)Both PT, OT and the other support services have been so helpful in coming forward with suggestion of products and things that will help Mom, before I even knew she needed them.When Mom was beginning to show signs of decreased verbal skills, staff called, recommended and enrolled her inSpeechTherapyCaregivers of all shifts are so willing to share things (both the good and the difficult) about Moms habits, quirks and routines. It says a lot about their care and interaction with Mom. It isa comfort to myself and our family to know that they are aware of all this and share it as well. It speaks volumes of your caring staff. They know what movies she watches, what books she is reading, where and what she does on Wednesday nights (and ask about it), amazing!The Nurse has been spectacular. Prompt at addressing all of my many questions and concerns, she literally jumped out of her chair once and said Lets check on that. She follows thru with so many little things and has many suggestions to help Mom and myself, as Mom continues to change and decline. The personal touch on a weekend I was out of town: She left me a phone message saying she was working the weekend, and was watching and assessing Mom. Just give a call if I needed anything or had questions.t is difficult for both the individual and the family to travel this path. All these examples of the personalized care that your staff provides Mom and in extension our family is priceless. Thank you to ALL of your staff. You should be proud of the service and care you provide. Our family couldnt have found a better home for Mom.

My Father-in-law has been in New Perspective since March 2nd, 2020. My wife and I have had nothing but great service from the staff since he has been there! My wife has not complained about their service or treatment of her dad. Whenever we go there to visit or pick him up for a doctors appointment, we have had excellent service from the caregivers. My wife has told me several times that everyone is very helpful & caring. Both of us would HIGHLY recommend New Perspective Senior Living, North Shore to anyone who is looking for a safe place for their loved ones or for themselves!!

Ive been living at New Perspective for almost two years and the staff is very friendly and cool. I like that my apartment is on the 4th floor and I am able to sit on my porch on nice days. I also like that I have a washer and dryer in my room and they have an onsite salon. I love the warm water pool and use it at least once a week. I would recommend you look at New Perspective North Shore if you are considering senior living.

Working at New Perspectives Senior Living has been more than just a Job. It has been an opportunity for me to expand my knowledge base as well as make friends and develop great working relationships with the staff. I have to say the most impressive thing is the dedication that the organization has to their employees , associates. This was exemplified at the beginning of the 2018 year. On 02, 24, 2018 I was hit by a car walking across the street. I cracked my femur and required surgery and three months of rehabilitation in order to walk again. Not only did the executive staff at New Perspectives Senior Living show their appreciation by sending me flowers, they protected my position and made me feel more than welcome when I returned! The work environment is fun and exciting and the residents are engaging!I would recommend working at New Perspective Senior Living North shore to anyone looking for more than a job. With the advancement opportunities available......its definitely a career!

On our first visit to the New Perspective memory care unit in Brown Deer we were immediately impressed by the well-kept facilities, but even more by the number of happy faces of residents, staff, and visitors. We decided to place my wife of 60+ years in their memory care unit about a month ago. While there, she has maintained a good humor and positive attitude for life, and the staff supports this quite well. I feel much at ease with the Medical support available there, and am confident that she is being frequently monitored day and night. Her condition is being recorded, so I can be informed of her health and happiness whenever I ask. With her at this place, I sleep much better than in recent times. The fine Executive, Concierge, and sales staff work well to keep me aware and informed. Thank you all.
