When my Dad passed, my Mother and I needed to move into an apartment. Hillcrest was by far the nicest in the area we could find that specialized in 55+ residents. We applied and received an immediate response. Our lease was signed quickly and easily, which made a difficult time much easier. Our apartment was immaculate, with new carpeting in the living areas. The management went out of their way to help us with the move. I have lived in this building for 15 years, and I have made many good friends. The community here is wonderful, people are friendly and people look out for each other. There is a lovely community room, and there is a full schedule of fun activities. I am moving, and I hope that I can find a place as nice as this to live in at my destination. Hillcrest is a very clean, safe and friendly apartment complex and I have recommended it to my friends, and will continue to do so.

Have lived there approximately 4 1/2 years now. Commons area is able to be reserved for family get togethers, coffee and donuts two days a week, special occasion dinners, card games and friendly atmosphere. Tyra is a wonderful manager and gets things done in a timely manner and just an awesome all around lady to just talk too.

Have been here just over a year and I love it. Love Tyra the manager she takes good care of everyone's needs. Which is not always easy. Couldn't be happier in my for ever home. Also love the activities.

This building is a very nice place for seniors, I love that, Hillside Celebrates B-Days and have community activities For the seniors. The apts, are very spacious, Clean. My Clients have lived here for a year now and love it!

Decent apartments, but very pricy. Supposed to be based on your income but the rent goes up every year and their income goes down.

Mother n law lived here for couple of years and loved it. Very safe place to live. All residents are very nice and friendly. They play games in community room. Have coffee and doughnuts certain days in the morning. Would recommend
