My mother was a resident at the Belleville Heart Song for almost 3 years and we were so pleased with her care. They had many events that the residents could be engaged in. The food was all home cooked and very well balance for the residents. The staff I can not say enough on the great care they spent time with conversations with the residents and always very friendly to members of our family. You would get a phone call immediately of any problem or explanation on what they felt needed to be done. One of the times my mother had to go to the ER for hospital care. Heartsong called the ER and informed the staff of what the residents problem was. The ER staff told me that they were very grateful for getting that phone call and felt my mother was under very good care because many patience from many other facilities come in with no paperwork or no explanation of the problem they are addressing. We were so grateful that Heartsong became available for our mother. My suggestion is put your family on their waiting list sooner than later because so many places you have to wait for a room. When being on their waiting list you can always say we are not ready right now but when you are in need it is a great place to have available. They always said they are a family caring facility and that is 110% of the truth.

The staff is awesome. I think they are taking a good job taking care of her, she is always clean. They are very attentive to her. They always stop to visit with us, and her, when we are in the common area. It's small so they are able to accommodate for what she wants to do. She seems pretty happy with the food. I have not seen them have the same thing twice, they always have an alternative options.
