The Newer Beaver Dam Assisted Living owned by BAKKA Enterprises offered my mother exceptional care. The staff was always so kind to us and attentive to my moms needs. The facility and grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Her room was always neat and clean and the food was fresh and of higher quality than anywhere else we toured. The residents that live there seem very happy and proud to call it their home. The Activity program has SO much going on! They are always taking the bus out on an excursion someplace fun! The Management was always available to talk if we had questions. We had toured so many other places for mom but none of them compared to Beaver Dam Assisted Living. Hands down the best Assisted Senior Living in the area!

I’ve been employed with BAKA for a year and a half so far and I love it. Management/ownership truly cares about the well being of the staff and of course the residents. BAKA also likes to advance from within the company so you have opportunities to move up in the company. I highly recommended working for this company. Past ownership has really put a bad name on this community but from personally working under the old ownership as well, it is 1000x better now than before.

Healthcare is a hard job, and life and work are always hard to balance, I enjoy my job and the people I work with. I know that if I need help with anything I need not look any further than management or my coworkers, we are more like family than coworkers, of course your not going to like everyone every min. But I wouldn't trade my coworkers or my residents for anything, working here is like having tons of grandparents. They care about us, like we care for them.

I’ve worked at Charleston for almost a year now. As an employee I’ve had the opportunity to interact with all of the departments within the community. The atmosphere is positive and professional I have had great interactions and experiences with the management team. What keeps me working at Charleston is the amazing residents and fantastic leadership.
