If you are looking for a company that cares about the people whom live there as well as work their this is it. This job has been so incredibly rewarding! The staff and residents have become my second family and I have never been so excited to go to work each day. I am currently employee at Our House Senior Living as a Home Manager. In September I have worked for Our House for 5 years. I started as an RCA and have been promoted to Lead RCA, and now Home Manager. The plan is to become a Director one day.
