We had sold a home about 4 years ago and had rented a townhouse that was not what we were expecting. Nearing the end of our lease we decided to look elsewhere, more amenities, better upkeep and closer to my job. We stumbled upon Ridgeview and we thought we'd take advantage of being 55+ -- barely! 🙂 We've been there in our completely remodeled townhouse for a little over a month. We can't say enough about the townhouse, our experience with the staff - from touring different units to our move in. Their staff is great, maintenance is awesome, the grounds are immaculate. We've met some neighbors and have made some friends. We plan on this being our last home!

I recently toured the premises with an eye to a future sale of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and looking for a smaller residence. I immediately felt at home in the spacious setting with so many amenities. I have alot of loose ends to tie up but my search has been narrowed considerably by what I saw. I have friends who've lived here for about five (5) years who have very many good things to say about Ridgeview Highlands. Now I know why.

Since we have lived here several years I am often asked what Ridgeview Highlands is really like. My answer is always the same, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. It is managed so professionally, with compassion. Whenever there is a request for maintenance it is usually resolved that same day.Tenants become like family watching out for each other yet respecting each others privacy. We are provided a calendar of events and activities each month. I have absolutely no complaints and love living here., Mary and Frank Rauen
