I was promised activities and medication management and housekeeping services along with many other falsehoods. None of these things materialized. I went without important medications for several weeks and the last week or so had basically no medications except for ones I luckily still kept at home. Very traumatic stay. Staff and management was rude. No one from Cornerstone would ever return my calls and have blocked me. Nice caring people.

I love it here. I started working here in June '21 and the changes that are being made by the new management team are great! The new owners purchased the community about 2 years ago and have done a lot of renovating to make it super inviting and home-y. So if you're looking at reviews from before 2020, that's the old ownership. Also, the leadership team is new as of July 2021. They've adjusted pay rates to be very competitive vs other communities, started putting new systems in place to make things run smoother, and really listen to feedback. Change is not an overnight process, but having a director and coordinators that really care about the well-being of the residents and staff makes it all worth it! If you're looking for a place for your parents, or grandparents, or even yourself come take a tour and you'll see how much they care. If you're looking for a place to work there's more pros than I can fit in a review!

We moved our Dad into Apple Creek Place in June of this year. Our experience so far has been great! I know that we definitely made the right choice, Dad is so much happier now, then he was at home. He has even gained a few much needed pounds. Thank You to everyone for making him feel at home.

A+ staff, management, food, beautician that comes to facility, in house doctor that rounds. Having a MD that comes to the facility is so convenient for my dad that is wheelchair bound!

My grandpa was at this facility. I cannot express more thanks to Grand Horizons and their staff. The owners are friendly and they listen to any concerns my family had. I will really miss the annual family picnics they had. Definitely made memories with my grandpa that much more special.
