I would like to express our most heartfelt appreciation to Jennifer Creagan and the entire team at Aegis Lynnwood Assisted living for their unmatched assistance, support, and care for my 91-year-old mother. While we worked to find a full-time facility to meet her needs moving forward they made her feel immediately part of the community. We were overwhelmed by the personal care, professional support and 24/7 nursing assistance they provided with love and compassion as Mom battled to regain her strength and health following a fall in November. Our family would have been in dire straits without Jennifer and Aegis. Jennifer was resourceful, kind and attentive in providing a treasure trove of relevant information while providing with a 30-day option for Mom as we searched in January to identify a suitable long-term solution for her. In addition, Mom was due to undergo post-fall eye removal surgery in mid-January, so it was essential to find a safe and capable facility during this period. The Aegis team and staff was outstanding in providing an attentive, safe, and friendly setting for mom to recuperate. Jennifer and the Aegis team provided a warm and loving environment that mom truly hated to leave after 30 days. When the time finally came for Mom to leave Aegis, the entire team surprised Mom and with a heartfelt sendoff that left everyone full of emotion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Our dad has been in the memory care unit at Aegis Lynnwood for about 18 months and we have been very happy with the level of care he is receiving there. He needs assistance with almost everything and the caregivers are very loving and patient with him. The staff and caregivers genuinely care about his wellbeing and we are very grateful to know he is in such good hands there!

I am grateful for Aegis of Lynnwood!. I could not have found a better place for my parents. The entire team is stellar. Peter the Manager has made all the difference! He's amazing! My parents love the staff and food. The care they receive is superb! They look better than they have looked in years. When I come to visit their room is cleaner than a hotel! Thank you Aegis for all that you are doing for my parents!!!

My mom was only there a week before she had to go to the hospital again. Even so, the nurse, Jenneth, followed her progress and met with me, her daughter and DPOA, multiple times. Her kindness is immeasurable and she is extremely bright. She always makes me feel like my questions are valid and she honors me with great respect and encouragement. She is incredible. She leave no stone unturned and works tirelessly for the residents and their family. Al, the lead director (forgot his official title) is ever present and always carries a pen and pad so he can take notes and address any issue, no matter how small. Of course, he is a busy man however, he always makes me feel like I am the only one in the room when I have a concern. He is so gentle and kind and often kneels down to my mom's level and comforts her. He acts like he has all the time in the world for people, even though, I know he does not.... His level of dedication is unbelievable. Jennifer, gave us our first tour. She asked me specific questions about my mom and gave us a great questionnaire to fill out that focused on WHO my mom is. When we arrived the first day, Jennifer got mom her favorite treats and several gifts specifically for her. It "blew me away!" She was meticulous in making sure we all were comfortable. Everyone at Aegis is amazing, from the CNA's, to the office staff, to the driver and chef including Benson, the maintanence man/minister. Even if you do not choose Aegis, you might want to take a look because they are a perfect example of what an Assisted Living Facility should look like. This is the forth Assisted Living Home that my mom has been in over the years.

Our mother joined Aegis Living in Lynwood about nine months ago and we could not be happier. Mom has excellent support both physically and emotionally. Life is stressful during the pandemic and Aegis works hard to minimize the challenges and burdens. They maintain a limited lock down in place, with ample processes and restrictions - we only wish we could see mom more often. This is not a criticism - we are free to visit mom, but we stay at arms length to help protect mom and the Aegis community. Our in-person touch is now mostly by phone, with Aegis jumping in to support as needed. Aegis has risen to the challenge. They look after mom well. She often stays in her room - intentionally - so Aegis comes to her, checking in and providing companionship. Staff and managers stop by frequently to check in and share a story or two. Mom loves her room, the food and the attention. So we are all happy. Thank you Aegis. Doug

the leadership is solid. It appears as if they are focused on maintaining high standards with the facility and Fed/state requirements. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Everyone I've met is committed to delivering quality customer care. The one issue my mom complains the most about is the food. Two things, not enough protein and such very bland taste. Aegis might want to put some low sodium seasoning on the table. Also, the blinds covering the sliders of the first floor residents are cheap. Currently, my mom has approximately 8 vinal pannels that are missing. I don't have a solution for the facility but fully intend to incur the expense to put up nicer blinds.

My visit at Aegis of Lynnwood was pretty good; I was satisfied with it. The people that I met, I got good answers from, and I felt okay about that. The rooms were roomy and comfortable looking. There was a little get-together, and I also stepped into the movie theater while they were watching a movie. The woman that I talked to spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions and giving me a lot of information, so that was also very important.

All of the staff was very kind. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. They treated those living there like family(a lot of them were actually family). Surprisingly a lot of ethnic people working there, but they were all incredibly friendly and personable.
