A Place For Mom
I've been pleased with them. It's a very nice place as far as aesthetics go. It's very roomy. My loved one has her own larger room with her own bath and a nice big closet. They have these pads on the sitting areas and bed in her room that alert them if she gets up and needs assistance or is wandering in the night. I think they're very attentive and friendly towards her. They have a nice big deck outside. I tend to visit around dinner time, and the food always looks and smells good. There are about six residents. They tend to keep to themselves, although sometimes I see people out in the TV room. They do have a nice library there. I haven't really seen any activities, but I'm not there during the day to see what goes on then. The owner has been very nice and very kind, and available to talk to if you need to discuss something. I would recommend them to others. I looked at several other homes and wasn't sure if I was going to keep my loved one home with me and hire home health care. But when I saw Golden Leaf, it helped me make up my mind They've been really great.

[Name removed] is a kind soul and was very accommodating. She explained all the things they do to keep their residents well cared for. The home is beautiful and comfortable. It has a nice room for family to come and visit. This home is definitely worth considering for your loved one.
