Valley Terrace is by far the best place I have worked! I have been an LNA for 8 years now and I have been the happiest here at Valley. The management is wonderful, they all make us feel heard and valued as staff. I love all my coworkers, we have such a great team here. Nursing, kitchen staff, actives & housekeeping, we all work together to make sure our residents are taken care of and have what they want and need. We help each other out, we support one another and I feel we are all a big family. Our residents are all such kind, wonderful people with so many amazing life stories to share! I truly feel so grateful to be part of such an amazing community.
