I’m enjoying the visits at the Pines. My husband is in rehab and they’ve been great at explaining everything that’s going on. I especially appreciated Jillian explaining to my husband (and I) why he couldn’t leave the rehab to go to the store with someone. He understood the reasoning better coming from them than he would have if I tried explaining it. Today I was able to bring in our dog as she wasn’t understanding where Daddy was. It was good for all 3 of us. Thank you.

Plenty of staff coming and going. Clients in the hallways were smiling and engaged. Staff were attentive and eager to offer help or just be pleasant.

My stay was the worst place.ive been at for three night I watch my room mate with no legs an so weak fall face first on to the floor.no nurse to be found,I had to go an get the nurse I was told by two nurses they have between 20 to 30 patients.blood an feces was thrown everywhere,poor old man then my self they didn't take care of me so now the reason I was there for the infection in my foot got worse an smells real bad they never changed the badges.And the food I won't feed a dog period an ice cold I can only hope this reaches someone an they threaten me to arrest me cause I won't take the pic line out.i have had it in for two weeks at home. Because of them I might loose my foot.so BEWARE.done send love ones there

We were able to visit our loved one without any time consuming health intake. She was well cared for. The nursing staff greeted us and we're helpful with updates on her day. They did their job of wound care while being respectful of our need for time there, waiting patiently.

My Grandmother lives here. It is very nice. Everyone working is so nice. Thebonly down so far is she has vision problems and her tv is 15 feet away and very small!!! Her roommate has a 22 inch and my grandmothers is smaller than that!!

The staff are welcoming and awesome. They listened and answered all our questions when my mom was admitted. They make sure they have an entire plan of action to get patients well to be able to transition back home. So happy my mom was sent here for rehab.

I saw an improvement . I visited last year 2024 and see a good better patient care. I am a retired nurse who did long-term care in New Hampshire. My first visit in 2024 left me thinking that patient care was minimal and housekeeping was not what it should be. This visit 2025. I see an improvement. The patient I was visiting was Clean linens were fresh.I Also saw lots of patient interaction. There was still Several people in the nurses station, but I’m assuming they were getting ready Change of shift.

My Mom has been at The Pines receiving P. T. for almost 2 weeks. The staff are very warm and friendly and the women at the front desk always acknowledge you and wish you a nice visit. I feel my Mom is receiving excellent care! I can relax knowing she's being well cared for.

My 96 yo father is getting respite care at the Pines, starting yesterday, and I brought his great grandson to see him today. The staff is terrific and seem to genuinely care. His room is very tidy and peaceful and he seems pretty content and comfortable. First day down and so far, very pleased.

10/10 would recommend. I was very impressed by the care my mother received during her 1.5 month rehab stay at The Pines. It seemed like (almost) every day she was making improvements and working on something new. Everyone there was so friendly: the administrators, the kitchen staff, the nurses, LPNs, aids, custodians and everyone else I crossed paths with. You can tell they all love what they do.

The staff is so great! My mother was there for rehab and my in-laws were both residents. They treated them with kindness and respect. From the ladies in laundry/housekeeping to the front office staff, to the LNA's and nurses, we could not have asked for more.

Everyone at the pines was so great to my gram and even my grandpa when he was there. The Pines became her home up until the day she passed away. All the staff was so good to her, from the lady in housekeeping who checked on her daily, to the kitchen staff, most of the LNA's on the second floor became family to her, and then some of the nurses who took care of her were so good to her. Anytime I walked in the front door the front desk staff were super friendly.

Both of my parents have been patients at The Pines. They had exceptional care from the rehab, nursing, and social work departments. The in take coordinator, business office staff go above and beyond to help you as a family member navigate the systems of Medicare and Medicaid. The majority of staff treated my parents like family. I could sleep at night knowing they were safe and well taken care of. The only improvement I would recommend is with the kitchen and meal preparation, most days it was unappealing.

The pines is unlike most retirement homes that I have been in. There constantly cleaning and interacting with the clients. Most home's I have been in have a certain smell, not the pines . There is a pride to what there doing and how they accomplish it. They've always treated my uncle like he was family. ™
