Victoria Parks is Definitely 5 (five) stars. A wonderful place to live. Very clean with great amenities. I love the exercise room and all of the lounges. The neighbors are very friendly. Kudos to Melissa in the Rental Office. It is very convenient to shopping centers. If you want a great place to live, I choose Victoria Parks.

I had a problem and window blinds in my apartment. A maintenance visit was promptly scheduled, and both issues were addressed, the maintenance worker was respectful and thorough in his work.

I have had minor things to have taken care of and your staff has been awesome in taking care of the issues, I love it here so quiet and well maintained.

Management needs to step up and understand that our safety is at risk. Allowing individuals to live here who don't belong here without a background check.. and living with family needs to Stop. The building isn't safe because of issues that have been here since 2020. This building needs its maintenance along with management walking inside this building. Not just walking into the office and rest room.

First impressions are very important. There ever changing Christmas tree decorated to fit a months theme which brings a feel of 'Welcome back home" The ladies in the office costumer service in on point on point. You can sense positive team work. Any questions asked were answered and anything I didn't think to ask was spoken. The other tenants are friendly and they gather together like a family for conversation. I'm looking forward to being snowed in this winter at Victoria Parks Apartments.
