Excellent service, completely unmatched. I just wanted to thank you all for the work and generosity you have shown over the past months. I want to apologize for my wife; she can be a handful, if you know what I mean. I don't know who made the suggestion to have someone come in here and clean our carpet. Our little dog was up in age and was starting to have accidents. Between the dog and my wife dropping stuff on the floor, the carpet was looking pretty bad, and I was embarrassed to have anybody come in. I didn't have much hope for the carpet, and I was going to try to clean it myself, but I have Stage 4 cancer and have a hard time getting anything done. This gentleman came in. He was only supposed to do parts of the carpet, but he ended up doing the whole upstairs, the stairs, and the rec room! I am totally impressed with this gentleman! He did a fantastic job on an old and stained carpet! Now, I have no problem with anybody coming into the house. I would like to get his company name so I can recommend him. I know he was supposed to do certain parts of the room. If there is a problem with all of the extra work he did, let me know and maybe we can work out monthly payments. Social Security will only stretch so far! Again, thanks for everything. I was on my way to chemo at the hospital one day, and I was stopped at the light. We were having problems finding a care center, and I looked over and saw your phone number. The rest is history. Again, sorry. 🙂 🙂 🙂 - M.F.
