I enjoyed working with this company to assist the Seniors in the community but I had to end my employment not because I don't like what I did but because of the mean girls that work with the company which was annoying how are some of them are caregivers surprised me and I was always getting off late waiting on relief my relief was never on time causing problems with other things I might have had planned they don't enforce being on time which is rude why take the shift.

I have been an employee with BAYADA for the last 2 months and already I am impressed with the flexibility, professionalism and amazing teamwork displayed by the Williamsburg office. It's seriously an uplifting atmosphere every time I walk into the office and I have already experienced how they have my back in difficult moments. The display of compassion after my client passed away was genuine. I have worked in the industry for the past 6 years and BAYADA stands out as one of the best. When an organization not only has high standards, but values their employees, it's usually reflected in the the quality of service provided. Again, as an employee, we're completely reliant on the office team having their ducks in a row. Julia W., Alysia W., Krystina K., Alaysia P., and Cheyanne C. are all amazing and nothing short of a well oiled machine. As we have needed more coverage for our 90 year old mother, trying to keep her safe in an independent living CCRC facility, Bayada has been a resource we could not do without. The aides are attentive, caring, and excellent at establishing a comfortable rapport with our mother. The Covid crisis has made life so challenging for elder folks in these communities who are restricted in the people who are allowed in, in an effort to keep these same folks safe. Bayada has made this so much easier for her outside family members, keeping her safe and comfortable, and comforting us by knowing that she is not alone.

Bayada is awesome! My mother has dementia. When she could no longer live alone, we entered into the world of independent living, assisted living, and finally memory care. Four and half years and three different facilities, I was finally fed up with having to fight the systems. So, I brought Mom home. I was so used to fighting with staff at different places to make sure my mother had the care I expected, and she deserved. I was shocked when Bayada actually provided assistance instead of resistance. Not only are the staff members caring, professional, and friendly. They seem to work hard at making sure they provide a proper fit for you, and your loved ones. They are able to breakdown what are your needs. And they put things in motion to allow you to care for your loved one the best way possible. I had never been in this situation before and I was guessing as to what was best for my Mom. The Bayada staff taught me better ways to walk and exercise with her. Also, they gave me to peace of mind to allow me the ability to go and do what I need to in order to take care of myself. I can not recommend Bayada Assistive Care enough. The entire staff have just been wonderful. Thank you Bayada. I could not be doing what I'm doing without you all.

The team at Bayada was wonderful, in all respects. They were contacted on short notice and under difficult circumstances were excellent at carefully handpicking the right people for our situation. Lori, Nick and Jason were 'top-shelf' professional at all times, being sensitive to our needs and ensuring my Father received the best care possible. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided, and even more importantly, I got the real sense they genuinely cared and wanted the best for Dad. I enthusiastically recommend Bayada without reservation. I'm so glad they were there at such a critical time.

ABSOLUTELY the very best of the best home care companies. Our caregivers for my 88 yr old mama are above the best. I feel completely comfortable leaving home and knowing in my heart, my mama is well cared for. The staff in the office are also amazing. They are kind, honest and truly, not only hear what you need or want, but listen to what you want and need. If you're looking for a home care for yourself or someone you love, you'll be happy with this company.

My mother received assistive care from Bayada for nearly 14 months before she passed away. Having Bayada assist her in her apartment allowed her to stay in the independent living retirement community (which she truly loved living there). She had a favorite caregiver during the day and they would go to lunch, go to the store, see the blooms on Canon Blvd. The caregiver would text me photos of them out and my mom looked truly happy; seeing her smile almost brought tears to my eyes (joyful tears). The caregiver would drive my mom to the doctor's office and I would meet them there so that I didn't miss as much work. The caregiver treated her as if she was her own mother, with great care and respect; my mom always referred to her as her angel and she truly was. The winter brought numerous snow storms that year and Bayada did not miss a single shift. Caregivers would stay longer if the new shift couldn't get there right away. Bayada would take great care to match up caregivers and clients so that it was the best experience possible. My mom also requested Bayada come to rehab when my mom would have to go to rehab for a while because my mom enjoyed the caregivers and it was helpful; it was very comforting to know that a friendly companion was spending extra time with my mom and encouraging her in rehab when she was recovering because families cannot be there all the time.
