My sister lived in Vienna Manor in Fairfax for 2 years. I cannot tell you how my concerns for her care disappeared after I made the move. Her skin condition, her mobility, and even her cognition improved with the attention to detail from all staff members. The consistency of staff members gave Linda a real sense of security and she was content with her lovely surroundings in her final years.

I am so grateful to have found Vienna Manor II six years ago. My mother lived there almost 6 years and was very happy. The house is beautiful and very clean. She was very well cared for. Another plus is the outstanding manager that is at Vienna Manor II, Alma Duque. She loves the residents and they love her. Along with the love, there is a lot of humor too and Alma can put a smile on anyone's face. It is the best private assisted living house in NoVA. Many thanks to Alma's team and Grace Kimball and her team for loving my mother and caring so much for her. We are left with wonderful memories of mom's time there.

I am so grateful that we discovered Vienna Manor two years ago. The home that they gave my mother provided top quality care and was consistently warm, loving, and respectful of the residents as individuals. The home is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The staff pay attention to the individual resident's needs and likes--ensuring my mother could view her beloved tennis matches, for example. Grace, Vienna Manor's executive director, is an amazingly energetic leader who has created a service team that consistently offers the highest standard of care. Lexie, manager of Vienna Manor I, where my mother lived, oversees the operations on a daily basis and sustains that high standard throughout all their activities. I will never forget the tender care and close attention Lexie gave my mother during her final weeks.

Their compassion and respect are evident in everything they do every day. We visit often and also enjoy the many events held at Vienna Manor, which are so special. Vienna Manor is a gift for any family looking for care for an elderly loved one. My father is 98 years old and has advanced dementia. He was fully ambulatory until late last year when he suffered a series of falls. He had been living in assisted living and, even with additional 24-hr aides, we weren’t able to prevent more falls. He was in and out of rehab facilities and even suffered a debilitating, bone-breaking fall while in rehab. We found Vienna Manor through the use of an elder care consultant and immediately knew this was the place for us. The home (#1) is warm, comfortable, and lovely. The small number of residents is perfect for my father’s dementia. But most importantly, the staff is amazing. They are warm, caring, responsive, and loving. They provide him with all the services and care he needs, including by fostering a warm social environment with the other residents. He know that he is in safe and loving hands. I was and am so relieved to have found Vienna Manor and only wish I had found it earlier.

Vienna Manor was a gift from heaven for our family. Dad lived there for almost 2 years. The care he received was outstanding. Since each house only has 8 residents, the caregivers really get to know each person well. My Dad lived in 2 other facilities before we found Vienna Manor and there is no comparison in the level of care. Vienna Manor is at the top by a wide margin. I just wish we had found it sooner. Vienna Manor is truly a home, filled with much love.

My Mother in Law lived at Vienna Manor for 2 years until her passing. This is by far the best facility in the area. Since there are only 8 residents in each home the ratio of care giver to resident is by far superior to any other place. The staff is kind, caring and compassionate. We are so blessed to be a part of the Vienna Manor family.

My mom has lived in several different homes and none of them were the right fit for her. She has been living here for more than a year and it the perfect place for her. The careworkers are all so loving and nurturing. It is the best place for our Mom!

Vienna Manor in filled with Caring individuals who treat your loved ones as family. The caregivers get to know each resident very well, and the result is an individualized care that is not found in other places. Our dad has been in two different places before we found Vienna Manor and we felt the caring difference from day one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for assisted living.

Vienna Manor is a wonderful Assisted Living Facility. Residence are well taken care of by a staff of loving, caring and professional caregivers. Meals are always tasty and freshly prepared. Activities are plenty and geared to individual needs. Please consider Vienna Manor for your loved one and you will both be happy!

My father lived at Vienna Manor for three years. He passed away August 1, 2017 at the age of 96. I can not say enough good things about the care and love he received. I was there every day and saw the kindness they showed to everyone. They are always willing to make something special to eat - my Dad loved grilled cheese sandwiches and sometimes wanted that instead of what was on the menu for that day. Dad loved his Entemann donuts - anytime. The staff would fix him hot tea and give him his donuts for his 10:00 pm snack. The owners, Rosa and Bill, were always available for any questions and were frequently there to say hi to the residents. A very loving, homelike atmosphere and I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and love Dad received.
