Am a long time resident and have enjoyed my ten yearsat sandston plateau. If a problem occurs it is handled quickly .staff is great and very helpful.

I have been living in Sandston Plateau ever since it opened. And have been very happy that I have found a great place like Sandston. It is in a Cognito location in the Sandston area where it is peaceful as well as pleasant. The staff there has always accommodated me whenever I needed something if it was possible and permissible. The Maintenance has always fixed any repairs if and when it was needed. Finally, after being there for almost 17 years I have no intentions of living anywhere else.

I have lived here for a little over two years. Have seen it go from a pleasant place to live to a terrible place to live. Dead bolt locked public bathroom on first floor. People on third floor risk wetting themselves in getting to their apartments. Took trashcan out of cafe. To lazy to empty it. Rent not based on income. Trying to price us out of here.
