Walked right in felt it was right place foe my parents. They had visited earlier and loved it. Very happy and comforted #1 daughter. Update!! All these years my parents have been happy and healthy! My husband and I are moving to the Holiday Virginian in Richmond, Virginia in August, sight unseen. With the help of Meagan, sales manager of the Holiday Virginian in Richmond, Va., we have found her to be trust worthy and of tremendous help in accomplishing our move. Our son, who does not live in the states, different time zone, is helping us also with this move. Meagan, who has to converse with the three of us, has shown to be professional, patient, friendly and all with a charming personality. She answered all our questions in a timely manor and speaks of the Virginian truthfully. Meagan is a great asset to the Holiday Virginian. We are looking forward to meeting Meagan and our move to the Holiday Virginian in August, 2024.

We are really delighted with the whole experience of finding my Father-in-law a new home at Holiday Virginian. We met Meagan Lowery (Sales Manager) early in the process and she did a fabulous job introducing us to the place and showing us around. She answered all our questions and made him very happy to move in. Two weeks later he calls us ever day to say how much he is enjoying his new life, great company and great food, plus a social scene perfect for his age group!

Had a wonderful experience with Ronnie the sales manager at this facility. Ronnie was very knowledgeable, caring and explained everything well. Had a nice tour of the building. I feel comfortable knowing my mother will be in a safe place.

What a great experience!! My mother-in-law and I toured this beautiful community today and was throughly impressed by the amenities, accommodating employees, and the newly renovated property. Ronnie, member of the sales team, was very helpful as we toured the community while generously offering an abundant lunch in the spacious dining room. Because the tour was spontaneous, I was so touched by the loving interactions I observed between the employees and residents. What I saw was authentic and so genuine Mary and Jenn are the best! We look forward to making a decision based on all the positives we experienced today!! Kudos!

I love visiting here. It is a newly remodeled facility and very nice. The residents seem reasonably happy and there are several engaging activities for them throughout the week. The grounds are beautiful.

My family visited your facility yesterday. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and showed great compassion and willing to work with us on all aspects of providing additional information. I have had pleasant dealings with my Senior Living agent and together I am very excited to make my move to the Virginian in October, 2021. My son took the tour for me since I am up near Chicago and he loved it.

The Virginian is an extremely nice place. The staff is extremely friendly and always greets you when you enter the front door. The residents are treated like family by the staff. Place is extremely clean and well decorated.

Clean, friendly staff, sense of a neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable. The only drawback is that it is in a neighborhood that is not easy to walk around in. But otherwise it is a very good choice for retirement living.
