The building & grounds are extremely clean & well maintained. Repair requests are addressed almost immediately ( Update 6/27/2024: I spoke with Evan, the property manager; concerning a key I had given to a relative that had not been returned. I asked how much it would cost to have the deadbolt lock on my door changed. Evan not only did it free, it was done within an hour!). Publix, Super Walmart, Target, Aldi's, Marco's Pizza, Firehouse Subs and Lowe's are all within walking distance. What I like most is how QUIET it is. And very clean! I would recommend this apartment building to anyone 55 & over who is looking for nice place to live. My only concern is that rent payments are not credited when they are paid. I still have not received credit for June rent even though I gave the new property manager a check over 2 weeks ago.

I will be moving in a 2weeks, and I would like to say Rebecca made it effortless. She attentive to my questions, she also pleasant, kind, genuine, and I felt comfortable talking to her. She was a God sent because I needed to move within 2weeks, and she was instrumental to my move. Im so appreciative she was so helpful to me.

My name is Lori Jones, I am a young looking age 56. My husband have seen The Arbors Senior Apts., from the outside, we drove by, we liked it. Aldi's, Wawa, pharmacy, and Walmart near by. I called yesterday 2-15-2023, had to leave a message, only got the answering service, but must have called at a busy time. We are interested in renting at Arbors Senior apts., or putting our names on the waiting list, if nothing is available(1bd rm). Thank you.
