I really enjoyed seeing the new home of a very good friend of mine, Bobbie Sands! The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful! She is the ideal person to greet your guest (especially those of us who are visiting for the first time!)

I just transitioned my mom to Commonwealth Senior Living and want to take the time to write a review. Christine Pelletier the sales director, has been such a blessing. I’ve never met a more professional, helpful and compassionate person. When I toured the facility I was quite impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Christine has made this transition so much easier for me at such an emotional and difficult time.

Commonwealth provides an outstanding and caring environment for all of the residences. The staff handles each resident with passion as if each one is family. My family is very pleased with the excellent care provided. The professional staff members speak to visitors each time I entered the building. I highly recommend this wonderful home to individuals who are seeking a safe, clean and family atmosphere for their love ones.

I recently moved my mother to VA from GA. She was so apprehensive to move to a new facility and didnt want to come. Once we got here and took a tour with the sweet and polite sales and marketing person Stephanie, my mother and I were greeted so warmly by staff and residents. The community is beyond beautiful and feels just like a home. My mother June soon had a change of heart and was thrilled to move here. We love Commonwealth Senior Living.

I can not say enough about Stephanie, the marketing director. I was in the process of moving back to Virginia when she contacted me. She was concerned about how dire my grandmothers living situation was. My grandmother was only eating toast and coffee and she was not thriving. Stephanie would, on her own time, take over food for her and insured she was eating properly. She even cleaned out the refrigerator.I was then not only dealing with having to move back to Virginia but now having to care for my grandmother. Stephanie was more than helpful and essential to placing my grandmother into Commonwealth. She came in on a Sunday, her day off, to coordinate the paperwork and getting my grandmother situated that same day.The situation was rather overwhelming for me. She was able to sense this and called the next day to check on me!Thankfully, my grandmother now has all of her medicines regulated, shes eating a balanced diet and is doing extremely well. Thanks to Stephanies graciousness and consideration.

I placed my mother at Commonwealth Senior Living in July 2019. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful. I feel my mother is well cared for there. The employees are loving and compassionate. They have so much patience (which is important when working with Alzheimer residents). A special thanks to Zannifer, Sheila, Rhonda, Samantha, and Tony for going above and beyond.

We visited with a group of students and the program director Jennifer could not have been more sweet, accommodating, and appreciative. Her love for this community is apparent and very moving. These young men and women are so lucky to have her and the wonderful staff here! We cant wait to come back!

A place filled with wonderful people who care about others. I was looking for a place for my Grandmother who suffers from the pre stages of dementia. Id searched everywhere but either the other places didnt feel right, didnt smell right, or just didnt have what I felt my Grandmother needed. I believe my wife and I toured 11 Assisted Living Communities. Our search ended with Commonwealth Senior Living at Chesterfield. My Grandmother has fun and enjoys her time with her new friends as she calls them. It warms my heart and puts a smile on my face each day I visit her. Thanks guys for all you do. The extra time you all spend means so much!

Nothing short of an amazing experience. Not only was my Aunt made to feel at home but the rest of our family as well. The staff there actually gets it--A+ customer service from the front desk, and excellent bedside manner from the care staff--not to mention the quality facility as a whole. This is a wonderful home for my mom and dad, all the staff have been very friendly and helpful and kind with my parents. The dining room isbeautiful and the food is excellent ( I had lunch several times with them ) and the staff always asked if I would like a meal. The place is immaculate and there is always an activity going on for mom and dado enjoy. We could not have found a better home for them.

I work with many families that have had a loved one move to the new Commonwealth Assisted Living. I am hearing nothing but glowing reviews from the families. The food is good, mom & dad are happy in their new environment. Jamie (Marketing Director) and Jennifer (Executive Director) are wonderful to deal with.
