I recently toured the Petersburg Home for Ladies and it was time well spent. I am a Long Term Care specialist which simply means I sell Long Term Care Insurance. When my client's start using their coverage they turn to me to recommend a "Home away from Home". Petersburg Home for Ladies is an A ++ place to live. I will recommend it and if the time comes that my dear Mother needs more supervision I will be speaking with Teresa Weeks the director. At Petersburg Home For Ladies they are very friendly. They made us feel welcome when she moved in. The only thing we had a problem was with nursing at one point. She did have high blood pressure and had to go to the hospital and I asked her if anyone had one had checked it, she said no they hadn't. So I am not sure if the nursing is up to par. But the facility is clean, the staff is helpful. If you have a problem they are quick to get it resolved. I am very happy with this facility.
