Hampton Roads Home Health Care have one of the amazing employee Geneva Wilson-Reid. She cares for my mother-in law Ms. Helen. She even came in when she was pregnant and a week after she had her baby. Dominique takes all her training from Hampton roads healthcare very serious she is extremely helpful and very understanding no matter day or night. I get spasms and cramps all day long she's very patient and she comes and rubs them out for me she's also a very good cook no matter what I like to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner she's always prepared to cook it for me. The team at Hampton Roads Home Care took great of my grandmother in Norfolk since her fall four years ago. I live out of state and HRHC has been caring for my grandmother and her needs since her fall. That support allowed her to stay in her home, as she wished. Samantha was on of the caregivers with HRHC that spent the most days with my grandmother and she helped so much. I couldn't have done it without them.

I was nervous about having an outpatient procedure and nervous about using home health/patient chaperoning for the first time. Hampton Roads Home Care was very helpful and Mary, the chaperone, was very sweet and greatly helped to put me at ease. I plan to have their help again for a follow-up procedure. The owner/operator, Josh, is an outstanding professional. He is very personable and always went above and beyond to make sure that our loved one was receiving good care. I was having difficulty with getting someone to cover weekends and overall fill in the gaps for providing the consistent care we needed. He was understanding and willing to step in when we needed it the most. He and his caregivers were easy to work with and really helped in our families time of need. Debbie, Sierra, and Edith showed up and were very dependable in providing consistent care for the 8 hour/7 days a week care. Sheka, Mary and Shakia were wonderful to fill in as needed. Overall it was a really positive experience. I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for people to entrust their loved one’s care.

The person that escorted me to my appointment was very kind. She showed up on time. Pleasant to be with. Concerned about my safety. Good driver and followed instructions. I would suggest that person escorting someone that has just had an outpatient procedure to walk by that person from the facility to the car. Mr. Kannon, the proprietor, was very friendly and easy to work with. In the future, I would call Hampton Roads Home Care again.

My dad has been using their services for 3-1/2 years and has had an overall great experience. Mary is his current nurse and helps him with all aspects of inside the home chores. Hampton Roads Home Care has by far exceeded my expectations in providing care for my Sister who's a stroke survivor. Not only are they good at what they do, they are caring and flexible as well. They will design a personal plan for your loved one's needs. Shout out to the office manager Deana (sp) who steps in when needed to provide care in case a worker isn't available.

I cannot begin to express how compassionate and empathetic Hampton Roads Home Care really is when it came to caring for my mother. I vetted many other companies and by far, this company was well represented and very informative. Since I lived 3.5 hours away, I wanted someone to give the personal care required on a day basis. And Josh, the office manager, understood what was important for us and the essential type of care needed which was impressive because they went above and beyond. Needless to say, this was one of the best decisions made to hire them. Anything questions or concerns we had, they were only phone call away (24 hrs.) or an email replied within a matter of minutes. We knew in advance if a replacement was to be made for a particular day which one of the owners would show. Their staff are very friendly, personable and well trained especially during the COVID pandemic. We could not have a chosen a better company! Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!
