I cannot begin to express how compassionate and empathetic Hampton Roads Home Care really is when it came to caring for my mother. I vetted many other companies and by far, this company was well represented and very informative. Since I lived 3.5 hours away, I wanted someone to give the personal care required on a day basis. And Josh, the office manager, understood what was important for us and the essential type of care needed which was impressive because they went above and beyond. Needless to say, this was one of the best decisions made to hire them. Anything questions or concerns we had, they were only phone call away (24 hrs.) or an email replied within a matter of minutes. We knew in advance if a replacement was to be made for a particular day which one of the owners would show. Their staff are very friendly, personable and well trained especially during the COVID pandemic. We could not have a chosen a better company! Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

Best home care ever with the lowest price I needed someone to come in and take care of my mom because I am working. they never called out and the owner even offered to cover the shifts if there ever was a call out. I highly recommend calling them if your just shopping for prices theyve got the lowest rates of any company in the area.

I have needed home care for a family member for the last 4 years. which took me on a journey of a few providers. Both my family member and my own quality of life has improved dramatically since engaging Hampton Roads Home Care! I WISH I FOUND THEM SOONER! The level of caregivers is the best Ive experienced. The owner has proven to be vested in the efficiency and level of service his company provides. I can be away from my home and be at peace knowing everything is running as it should be. The rates are the lowest of any of the services weve used previously. I would definitely interview them if you need services
