This was a complex electrical issue disrupting the main living area of my apartment. It was a latent, dormant issue, that wasn't triggered by a new appliance or change in amp loads to any one outlet. Yet the experienced maintenance person was able to trace a latent short to an unchanged switch in a matter of a few minutes. I am very experienced in this area and was most impressed!!! Although, the staff was friendly and helpful I am and have been homeless living in my vehicle since November. I am desperately trying to find a residence under 1000.00 a month as Iam strapped for cash working my way back up and into society. Because of my situation my credit isn't what it used to be and visited because it fell into the listings of rent regulated of which I have found us not the case here. I will continue living in my current situation until I am lucky enough to find a home.

I toured theis residence Aigust 29th. The resident manager, Saskia was enthusiastic, kind and a good salesperson about the property, its residents and amenities. She was also very thorough about the "qualifying and filing" processes. I'm sure it is a lovely place to be, the residents I chatted with seemed to be very happy, it just isn't where I want to be at this point of my life.

The office assistant quit on Friday. This makes the third assistant in about 16 months. All three assistants were pleasant and helpful and seemed to like the job. They should be interviewed to find out the reasons for their departure.

I have lived here almost 4 years. Building sold to another company. Present management difficult to work with. Nice renovations on some floors,especially 1st. floor . 4 th floor hall carpeting & underlying in dire need of repairs. Numerous air conditioning problems.past 2 years. Many have not seemed fixable & up to now, July 4 th weeken, have.totally shut off in halls...but not on first floor. . Housekeeping poor maintenance in halls & stairwells. ..Nice new outside panelling put on in 2024. Wonderful elderly community to have as friends.

My husband and I recently toured Atlantic and are delighted with the facility, the staff and the residents we met. Great neighborhood with access to everything we will need. Close to our families as well!

My son and I were greeted right away when we walked in with no appointment. We were taken on a tour right away and we were very impressed with everything we saw. Jean was very informative and explained everything we asked about.
