ComFor Care staff is very responsive and customer service oriented. We are very happy with the care givers we've gotten, and if there's ever been any issues they're resolved immediately. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into finding the right caregivers, and treating them well. All the caregivers I've dealt with in the last eight months are very happy working for ComFor Care, and we are very happy with them.

Our experience with ComForCare has been nothing short of phenomenal. We have one caregiver four days a week and another one day a week. When we need assistance on the weekend, the same caregivers come. It's so helpful and comforting to leave my mother-in-law in the care of someone who knows her and takes excellent care of her. They get her showered, dressed, and fed in the morning. They help her in the bathroom. They clean her bathroom and assist with other chores around the house. My mother-in-law is still "with it" mentally. She loves the folks who've come to help her. She was super resistant to outside care for a long time, but after a fall realized we needed help. It has been incredibly helpful to share her care. When we began with ComForCare, we only needed occasional weekend care. We had most of the same people coming and every single one of them was completely competent and kind to her. In the last year, we've needed more assistance so we have steady care. Everyone has been very responsive and helpful - John and Debbie Kipps, RNs Lynne and Mary, and scheduler, Cindy. We are so grateful for ComForCare.

I can't recommend ComForCare enough. John and Debbie have gone out of their way to make sure that my mother is well-cared for, and I appreciate also their dedication to the caregivers in their employ. All in all, it is clear that their work is an act of service to the community. They are communicative, caring, and quick to resolve issues when they arise. They are able to combine being extremely professional with being warm and personal as well as flexible and collaborative. They benefit from the resources of a large company without being large, corporate and impersonal like some other companies. I was so grateful for their patience and dedication in finding a good match for my mother. It quickly became clear that they have very high expectations for their caregivers and no tolerance for infantilizing--their respect for the elderly is profound. The live-in caregiver we found is caring and tender-hearted, conscientious, dedicated, and resourceful. As a result, my mother's physical health has become much more stable, and her cognition has improved markedly. My own life has been transformed, with the stress and worry around my mother's well-being largely eliminated. I feel so fortunate to have found this company and am grateful every day for the ongoing, consistent care.

ComForCare was an essential part of supporting our father after a devastating out of town accidental fall, which became much more serious with additional health considerations, eventually transitioning him to hospice. From the caregivers, to the owners, nurses, and office staff, our family was provided with skillful, trusted, compassionate care as we navigated throughout this difficult and uncharted time for our family. Many of the staff even became like our extended family. Highly recommend...would give 10 stars on a 5-point scale if possible!

We had a very positive experience with ComForCare. We found their rates to be significantly less expensive than the previous agency we had been using. All the people, including short and long term caregivers, nurses, front office staff, and ownership, genuinely cared for my 93 year old mother with dementia. They also cared for my and my wife's well being as we worked along side them in keeping my mom in her home of almost 65 years.

The folks at ComForCare are truly professional and deeply caring folks involved in my mother's care. Two loving and remarkably conscientious and generous caregivers are with Mom throughout the week. John and Debbie Kipps were extraordinarily responsive to our every need. They guided us down the path of home care at a very difficult time. John even relieved us of the responsibility of filing invoices with the long term care insurance policy. All of the caregivers were very kind to and patient with my dad. They were reliable, always arriving on time. They were very flexible and willing to work with our ever changing medical appointment schedule. While having caregivers in your home can be difficult to get used to, these people were respectful and accommodating and became a natural part of our everyday life.

My mother had Parkinson's disease and needed help with all her daily tasks. ComForCare provided the best In home care we could find in the area. They spent time with my mother getting to know her and finding the best possible caregiver match. There was oversight and training provided to their employees which was not the case with other companies. They were kind and compassionate and helped us all navigate a difficult time.

ComforCare provided full time care for my elderly Mother who required both daytime and nighttime assistance. The owners, John and Debbie, provided excellent service and were easy to communicate with. The caregivers were caring, dedicated professionals who adapted as my Mothers assistance increased. Nightshift caregivers left detailed notes and we frequently communicated with the live in caregiver to monitor my Mothers needs and condition. Over ten months, the caregiver coverage was reliable and provided the continuous coverage my Mother required. I highly recommend ComforCare for those in need of caregiver services.

I have had limited experience with the company, but what I have seen is first rate. The owners - John and Debbie Kipps - provide personal service; they always call back promptly, always follow up, always are there to answer questions. They screen their caregivers quite well. Each one that we had demonstrated sincere interest in and provided the necessary skills to address the patient's issues. Each understood the assignment and worked with concern for the patient's well-being. Moreover, they provided an excellent caregiver to work 12 hour shifts just days after I contacted the firm. I felt more comfortable with ComForCare than with any of the larger agencies I contacted which seemed to try to sell themselves based upon size, not individual service and needs
