My Wife Barbara was admitted to Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor early Sept 2024 in their memory care unit. The caregiver staff in the memory unit is fantastic and I am really happy with the care they are providing Barbara. They are friendly, attentive and care deeply for their patients and are always available when I need assistance with Barbara. When I call and talk to the staff they are always friendly and willing to help me in any way possible and that includes the directors Cheyenne, Rupi, Madina, Sree, Stephanie, Jeff, and Jacqueline. I am in search of ALF for my aunt. I toured this place over the weekend, and it was a great experience. The front desk person was very professional. She connected me to someone else who showed me around the facility. The staff was amicable. I am satisfied with the overall tour. I am waiting for my aunt to decide as she lives in NY.

I toured this community and loved the warm homey feel! Unfortunately, our family relocated so we couldn't move our father here. But I loved seeing activities going on when we walked through and that it was much more intimate than other places we saw.

My mother lived at Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor for the last year and a half of her life. We exhaustedly examined all the alternatives before selecting Arbor Terrace, and are so glad that we did. Although the upscale physical plant was very encouraging, the warmth and caring of the staff, from the director to the resident aides, from the chef to the activities coordinator, are what really convinced us that this was the place to choose. Mom was able to make friends easily in this environment, and share interests and activities, even though her mobility was quite limited. Our family members all enjoyed visiting there, since we felt connected to the kind people at Arbor Terrace. Although Mom has passed away, we are still grateful to Arbor Terrace for their support and proactivity during her time there, and for helping her truly enjoy this chapter of her long and cherished life.

Grandmother currently lives there where she gets the skilled nursing. Great staff, not a lot of turn over with staff which is great too. Always super clean and welcoming.

My wife and I are so happy we found Arbor Terrace of Sudley Manor. Mom tells me she is finally living again. All of the staff are so helpful and caring. I look at all of them as my extended family. I use to worry so much about mom and honestly Arbor Terrace is such a blessing in my life. I now know she is happy and I do not need to worry like I did.
