I am and have been appalled at how well the staff remembers everyone's name! They are so efficient when you need them My problem is I wish I could remember names! I wish we could wear name tags for awhile. The faces are familiar and I just talk without knowing what their name is.

We have researched and visited many CCRC type communities as we have aging family members. While we were not able to take advantage of Westminster Canterbury's offerings and amenities at this time, we were very impressed by the staff and facilities from the first phone call! Sharon and Laura went above and beyond to share information and meet with us even at their busiest time. They made us feel welcome and educated us on the available choices for our needs. A friendly resident volunteered to give my parents a lengthy very informative tour of the residence options and choices. In the past they were also invited to a lovely luncheon which impressed them so much with its high quality delicious meal (oh the cake!!). We are very glad to know this non profit resource exists in our community and will be happy to recommend WC of Lynchburg, VA to our family and friends!

A family member has been sent to WC for short term rehabilitation. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the premises are very clean. My family member complains about the food but I think it's just because they like country style cooking and that's not the style they do at WC. Overall, our family is very happy with service and would highly recommend.

My grandparents live at WC. It always seems clean and they seem to take good care of the residents. My grandma complains about the food, but I think she is just upset she doesn't make as many homemade meals.
