In the five months since my mother-in-law moved into Reflections - A Senior Living Facility, we have been very impressed with the personalized care and attention she has received from everyone at the facility. The staff are engaged and obviously care about the residents. The physical plant, broad porch with rocking chairs and surrounding gardens are a constant source of joy to her and the other residents who are encouraged to enjoy their time outside. It is so reassuring to us that we see that she happy, is provided with a safe environment and is treated with dignity and compassion.

Reflections was an AMAZING community for my mom - the owners and staff were always informative, caring, and considerate towards mom and me too, as POA for my mom. The activities were well thought out and kept her (and the other residents) active and engaged. I loved visiting and being a part of mom's life while she was there - no longer as a stressed out caregiver myself, but resuming my role as a loving daughter. I had full confidence in the abilities of each one there, and so appreciated their excellent communication to keep me updated and informed. Their years of experience as well as their hooking me up with Hospice early on in mom's illness helped mom's final passage through life to be one filled with tender care and love from two new teams of "family" members, who carried the heaviest portions with the ease that comes from education and experience in their field. They truly went above and beyond to train their staff to know how to best serve mom in her rare illness. I was searching for a long term care facility that was near my home for my father. I contacted Tammy Walker the Director of Marketing of Reflections. She was so kind and extremely informative about facilities in the area that accept Medicaid. Unfortunately, Reflections does not but that did not stop her from conversing with me and pointing me in the direction of other facilities that do accept Medicaid. I love that she took the time to help me even when she knew that my father would not be a future resident. If they have such a caring staff member that helps non residents, I know your love one will be well looked after as a resident of Reflections.

When I first toured the facility I was really impressed on how nice the staff was and how attentive they were. The staff to resident ratio blew my mind. If my mother needed that much care in their assisted living I would definitely have her here.

We toured this community. We did not like the director and felt like he need more of a caring touch. The community seemed to be clean and the menu was appealing. Other families might want to tour this community for the care and information needed for a loved one.
