Home Helpers is well known and highly recommended within our community. Gianny Cruz will be happy to talk with you and provide additional information. She is a joy to work with and also very knowledgeable. Please call if you have any questions.Debbie Miller, RN
Excellent service and great staff. Highly recommend them.
We have used Home Helpers of Leesburg exclusively for more than 2 years and have been very pleased with the caretakers. They have been responsive to my husbands needs and family requests. The fees are reasonable and the staff is professional as well as pleasant to work with.
Home helpers was there for my parents, when no one was there. They are very attentive and most importantly they provided the utmost care to our ailing parents.Thank Home Helpers and especially Kalthun!!!
They were very nice about trying to bill our insurance, which no other company would do. They also had some good caregivers that we liked, but they had one we really didnt like. Unfortunately, there were a couple of instances over the month long period during which we worked with them when a caregiver just didnt show up to a shift. One of those instances was on them, and the second one was due to a miscommunication about the end date of the contact.
I had an excellent experience with Home Helpers when my Mom began living with us in our home because of her Alzheimers. Kaltoon found us an excellent care giver. I was finally able to have some time for myself and not have to spend every minute helping my mother. The respite time was worth SO MUCH to me. I HIGHLY recommend Home Helpers for help with an elderly parent.
I live about 7 hours away, and Home Helpers was able to find someone on short notice to bring my mom home from a cataract surgery and care for her for the afternoon as she healed. My mother was very happy with the person who watched over her.
I have worked with Home Helpers of Leesburg , I found the staff to be warm and welcome. Caregivers are knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this agency for my Loved ones.
