I've lived at Kendrick Court for 2 years. I've not pleased with the management and maintenance teams. Particularly on April 15, 2026, there was a fire at the apartment complex causing damage to my apartment. [name removed], the Community Manager said I could move to another apartment while restoration work was being done to my apartment. I asked who would move my furniture. [name removed] replied "I had the hire someone to move my furniture to the vacant apartment and then hire someone to move my furniture back to my apartment when the restoration work was completed. I then asked [name removed] if the company would reimburse me if I went to a hotel she denied my request. Since the fire on April 15, 2026, only limited work has been performed on my apartment. For example, on April 15, my windows were boarded up in my bedroom. The workers did not adequately cover up my furniture, the plastic covering parts of my ceiling is becoming undone. A company representative inspected my apartment on April 23, 2026. However, to date no restoration work has been scheduled Below is a few additional complaints during my 2 year stay: 1. Prior to the fire, maintenance have not responded to my maintenance requests in a timely fashion. 2. The water is turned off across the building on many occasions disrupting daily activities for hours. 3. The leasing officer needs training on her telephone etiquette as she has been extremely unprofessional to me when she answers the phone. Note I gave Kendrick Court a rating of 1 because I accidentally press the 1 button and could not change. Rating should be 0.

I have been a resident at Kendrick Court since 2019, and y'all have had many employers. Monic Allen in the leasing office has been a great asset to the property. She goes above and beyond to solve a problem, and she shows she cares .

I am somewhat new here at Kendricks Court though I am pleased to have found this residence. The entire staff from the office to their maintenance engineers.Alex and Tay have been wonderful . They are quite mannerly and quick to complete an order request. They are present and helpful if they see you in need in the lobby. Moreover; they and the housekeeping staff , keep the facility clean and orderly. I pleased to call this home .

Very nice apartment and great staff, especially property management Maritza, she helped us with everything we needed to get my mother in law a place at Kendrick Court. Definitely recommend this place !!

The staff at Kendrick Court statements are true professionals. Not only are they efficient, but they are absolutely kind, courteous and warm hearted. I appreciate having Maritza, Tito and Hector. Update: they've organized a COVID19 vaccination for the whole community. They are fantastic. I feel truly cared for and counted. Thanks ! We live in this apartment complex more than 10 years. Very clean place, nice location, good size apartment. Completely renovated, Nice and Friendly management. Fest maintenance response. Definitely recommend this place.

Yes, Kendrick Court Apartments is really a Great place to live. We had moved both our parents here, and they both loved the place a lot. Special Thanks to Maritza, who has a personal touch and involvement with each one of the residents there. My parents loved it there. Highly recommend the apartments and the management team.

I would like to thank Maritza Sixto, Property Manager, of The Kendrick Court apartments. On a recent visit she was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility and answer all of my questions. Maritza is truly professional, knowledgeable about the facility, patient and above all she greeted all the residents, as well as the potential residents, with a smile. Maritza is a joy and it was a pleasure meeting with her.

This is my second time as a resident of this community. The management, Maritza and Jenmy, treat you like family. I feel like I am at home! Although there are many events and activities available, there is no pressure to join. It is at your own comfort level. I hope that I will be able to call this my final move.

The complex is kept in immaculate condition. The staff, especially Jenmy, is excellent, very kind, thoughtful and considerate when it comes to supporting and caring for residents. Everyone who saw Jenmy in the building would stop and say hello and chat with her. You can tell she loves the residents and they love her. That is huge piece of mind when it comes to having a loved one living at Kendrick Court.

My husband I moved to Kendrick Court in May and absolutely love it! I also moved my 92 year old Mom who is wheelchair bound and she couldn't be happier. The complex is safe, within walking distance to restaurants, Giant and CVS. The management staff is wonderful and responds quickly to any requests we have had. The maintenance guys are friendly and always respond within a few hours. Our neighbors so friendly and welcoming. Mom and I enjoy Bingo twice a week and have a lot of fun interacting with other residents. I highly recommend Kendrick Court to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, clean and handicapped friendly apartment. We have found our forever home here.
