Bickford of Spotsylvania is a very warm and inviting, quaint community. The staff are very warm , caring, and always greet you with a smile. The staff are passionate and attentive to the needs of the residents. The community has a southern homelike feel that I don't see at other communities. They are person-centered focused. Meals are good, nutritious, and cooked daily from scratch. I have recommended several friends to Bickford.

I have been coming to Bickford over a year now and I Love seeing the Love and Care that residents are surrounded in Bickford of Spotsylvania! Thank you Tamika and Justin for making such a Loving Home for our Elderly Community. Bickford is on Higher Path health model, call and ask them about it.

My brother stayed at Bickford for 1 1/2 years. He moved as he was unhappy with another place within Fredericksburg. What a difference. Anything I asked about I got a reply immediately or a note telling me who would reply and when (and they did). They were very accommodating and on top of his health and well being (he was very disabled). He had been a collector and had tons of stuff. As we started getting rid of things (headed to the garbage) they pointed out other residents they knew who would be tickled pink to get it. They talked to everyone and knew what their likes and dislikes were. The books, DVD's and CD's he was getting rid of they took and put into the library for others. Really, it was the people at Bickford that made it such a great place.

Tamika Woolfolk gave my family an amazing tour and did a lovely job of describing and showcasing the community. The staff's focus on detail and commitment to making Bickford of Spotsylvania a great place for all of its residents. The customized care provided for each and every resident there impressed me. I had the good fortune to witness a group music session. I wholeheartedly endorse Bickford of Spotsylvania for anyone's family member! One of the friendliest, most family-focused assisted living communities in our community is Bickford. As though they were their own, the staff treats the residents with love and care.

I had a wonderful tour with Tamika who showed and described the community beautifully. The attention to detail and dedication of the staff to making Bickford of Spotsylvania a wonderful home for all of their residents. I was impressed by the personalization of care for each and every person who lives there. I was fortunate enough to see a group music activity that had me dancing and singing along with the residents and staff. I would absolutely recommend Bickford of Spotsylvania for anyone’s loved one!

I was hesitant to place mom in any type of care facility until I found Bickford. The staff is caring and compassionate with the residents and the family of the residents. Mom has received exceptional care and feels at home at Bickford. It is comforting to know that mom is safe and well cared for.
