The facility is very clean and the menu choices are probably the best variety I have seen. The staff has always been attentive which is very reassuring and one of the reasons I selected The Gardens for my loved one.

My grandmother recently moved to the Gardens and absolutely loves it there. She adjusted to her new home much faster than we expected thanks to an amazing staff and community. The Gardens offers residents so many opportunities each day which have significantly improved her quality of life. She loves playing bingo every day, enjoys the live music events, spends plenty of time outdoors, and frequently goes out with the group for lunch outings. Before the transition, she spent the majority of her time at home in front of a TV, but now she is constantly active, engaged, and enjoys a much more fulfilling day to day life. We are so grateful for Tammy and the rest of the Gardens' staff for all of their help with my grandmother's transition and making her experience a priority! Highly recommend!

Tammy in Sales has made our experience at The Gardens exceptional! Her presentation was perfect - it was comprehensive, informative, warm, and reassuring. She clearly showcased the beautiful and wonderful environment and all of the caring staff members! She responds to all our questions or concerns so quickly. Tammy made it clear for us that The Gardens was the best choice for our brother and we have been so pleased he is at The Gardens!

Please beware that with the Adult Day Care Program, you are required to bring them in at least once a month to maintain status in the program. I was led to believe that once the medical documents were confirmed, they were in status for a year period, with visits as needed for the family. This is not the case, so be aware. If you miss a visit within a monthly cycle, you are no longer eligible for participation. The care is quality, however, clarity and communication with customer service is lacking. Premium cost concierge senior care should be exactly as you advertise. My opinion of course. And to be clear, I am speaking of a literal matter of 9 days out from missing last months visit.

We utilize the day program and the short term respite in memory care. It’s been fantastic. My Dad is always cheerfully welcomed and always says The people are nice and the food is good! What better can you ask for than that!

The staff and facility is amazing! My mother lived here 4 years and was treated with care, respect and the gardens met all of her needs, as she was in a wheelchair. She loved all activities, art, bingo, cooking, singing, live shows, dining facility, and the staff was like a second family. When covid hit, they were able to FaceTime & zoom! Highly recommend.

So impressed with the kindness of ALL staff members. My mother was welcomed into this outstanding assisted living facility. We live nearby and stop in at all hours. I commend the staff at The Gardens. Thank you for helping my mother at this stage of her life.
