What TRULY a disappointment today at the Family Xmas Meal...I can't remember having such a terrible meaL ANYWHERE.. The meal was 100 percent Carbohydrates....HAM, MASHED POTATOES, MAC AND CHEESE , ROLLS THAT WERE NOT COMPLETELY done..The sad part is that the Residents, that pay dearly to live there, eat this everyday...Sorry, but this will be one Assisted Facility that I wouldn't recommend.

Caring
After visiting a relative several times at this facility, I can attest that her experience was excellent and that the facility fulfilled its role at the highest level. She was happy with her bed and room, she was able to watch television and see the shows that she loved, and the food was much better than I would have expected from an Assisted Living Facility. The medical care provided by Highland House was top notch, and we always felt as if she was receiving the best care possible in her time of need. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of one, their staff is friendly and their planned events are a joy and have built a nice little community among the residents.
