As a new hire to Moore Comfort Home Care, the Google reviews were the deciding factor that told me to apply as a Care Pro for Moore Comfort Home Care. The reviews do not do the company justice. The employers are beautiful people inside and out. They are so hands on with every individual client and every individual employee making every individual feel the most important. There is a unique set of standards and level of excellence that is not only expected from the employers but also exemplified by the employers that I have never experienced. The owners inspire me to continue to provide the best quality of life and care for the people they serve. I have never felt so honored, supportive, loyal, and elated to work for a company. The owners do not even advertise for Google Reviews!!!! Ludicrous!!!!

Moore Comfort Home Care was referred to me by a friend. I contacted the agency and had the pleasure of talking to Mr. Melvin Moore, Co-Owner of the agency. The two of us discussed the needs for my 87-year-old mother. He explained and verified the process of what needed to be done in order to have insurance pay for home health services. Once the nurse and Mr. Moore visited my mother to devise a care plan, services were rendered to my mother one day a week while awaiting the insurance's authorization/approval. Once the insurance approved the number of hours and payment for the services, Mrs. Yvonne Chesson, CNA, was assigned to my mother's care. I really don't know where to start in commending Mrs. Chesson. She is on time, very professional, very organized, very neat, looks very professional in her attire, and most of all, she's providing excellent care to my mother. Since we've been blessed with Mrs. Chesson, I don't have to worry about my mother's care. Prior to Mrs. Chesson, I took care of my mother on a daily basis. I live in NC and it's an hour away so you can imagine the wear on my body traveling back and forth. Besides Mrs. Chesson, I really like the continuity of care and schedule that Moore Comfort Home Care provides to my mother. I'm a person that strongly feel that communication is the key to any relationship. The patient, caregiver and agency have to form a relationship in order for everyone to be happy. With this being said, it's strongly recommended that you communicate to Moore Comfort Home Care your needs and I'm confident that the staff will accommodate.

I have used Moore Comfort care for a few months now and I have to say this agency has been a breath of fresh air. The owner is very dedicated to making sure you feel like a person rather than just a paycheck. I can not recommend this agency enough. This company is the one I have dreamed of and prayed for! From Annes punctuality to the daily care of my daughter, Liana, which includes Drs. Visits,personal hygiene, daily walks, reading to her and many other activities that keep my child entertained and safe. And the owner Mr.Moore, makes every case personal by Visits and phone calls.
