There are two sections of this senior living facility. The north building is for independent living. I visited the south building that is for assisted living with memory care unit on the ground floor. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The builds very clean. There is a nice laundry room, a game room, an exercise room..... The patio area is also very inviting. I give 4 star rating because the dining choices are somewhat limited. Same standard menu everyday with one or two daily specials.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ovation. First, just the great people who work and live here. I feel a genuine caring connection with everyone. I love going downstairs for super exercise activities. I speak as a former gym rat. Next the food is just great. With a caring chef and super staff, I always have delicious food choices. Top that off with gourmet meals served twice a month. I love great food, it helps to balance the exercise! Lastly, I have so many activities to participate in daily. This is nothing like I imagined! Great living!

Last year I visited several independent/assisted living centers. I was looking for a friend but realized that I may need another living center one of these days , as I am 77. I visited Ovation in November of 2024 and Kolter Gave me the tour. He did a super job of showing me everything..including the Villas. He answered all my many questions. I was impressed with the Center as well as Kolter's knowledge and sincerity I toured again, yesterday, 3 17 25 and Kolter gave me the tour. I like the layout of the rooms..both personal and community, everything was very clean and the variety of activities was impressive. Kolter was A+ and had ideas and suggestions to help me make this work. Out of all the places I visited in St. George, Ovation meets all my personal needs/ wants when I make the move. Bottom line is, I am not quite ready to move but when I do, Ovation will be the place . Kolter was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and (I felt,) honest and transparent. I recently had the opportunity to interact with the residents and experience the amenities at Ovation Sienna Hills, and I was truly impressed. The residents seemed incredibly happy and engaged, which is a testament to the warm and welcoming environment created by the staff. The community itself is exceptionally clean and well-kept, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything from concierge services to four in-house restaurants and a pool. The vibrant activities schedule and the overall atmosphere made me wish I could live there myself! It’s no surprise that Ovation Sienna Hills has been named Best of Southern Utah for three consecutive years. Stayed two nights in August as a "staycation" from my home in nearby Sky Ranch. My stay was arranged by Hector Torres, who did an excellent job of seeing that everything was in place and ready when I arrived early in the afternoon of 15 August. He reserved the guest suite in the Assisted Living Building, which was on the 2nd floor very close to Lorraine's Kitchen, where I was served all my meals that Hector had arranged to be included in the room rate. And they were delicious, brought promptly to my table, with the staff always ready to take any requests for condiments, coffee refills, etc. While there I participated in two events, the first was a trip to Mesquite with stops at Eureka for gambling, a little shopping, and the buffet at Virgin River. The second was Tea with Emily, where I joined in random conversation with a group of residents, while snacking on sandwiches and scones. I also had time to use the pool and hot tub, and overall had a great visit that I'll plan on repeating in a few months, depending on what's on the Events Calendar. For me it was a great opportunity to "get away from it all" with very little traveling required.

I have had the opportunity to experience the fantastic facilities and services provided by the assisted living and memory care facility, at Ovation Sienna Hills, in Washington, UT. I have been thoroughly impressed. My husband has been living in the memory care facility for over six months, and from the moment we walked in, he has been well taken care of. The staff at this facility deserves high praise because they display a genuine passion for caring for the residents and have gone above and beyond to ensure that my husband's well-being and happiness are a priority. The staff members are knowledgeable and compassionate and treat each resident with respect and dignity. The physical environment of the facility is exceptional. It is clean, well-maintained, and designed to provide residents with a comfortable and stimulating experience. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and numerous common areas for socializing and recreational activities. The attention to detail has created a safe and beautiful living space is evident. Additionally, the memory care services provided are exceptional. The staff members are extensively trained to cater to the specific needs of individuals with cognitive decline. They recognize that those with dementia still have personalities and treat them accordingly. Overall, my experience at Ovation is nothing short of excellent. The compassionate staff, beautiful environment, and comprehensive range of services create a nurturing and supportive community for its residents. Families can rest assured knowing their loved ones are receiving high-quality care and can live their lives to the fullest. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking an assisted living and memory care home that prioritizes excellence and compassion.

My husband and I moved to St George, from Texas, a year and a half ago. After 8 months of living here, we knew we wanted to get my mother here as soon as we could. I started looking and probably went to ten different Assisted Living Facilities. As soon as we looked at Ovation, and got the tour from Hector, we knew she would love it. This was a difficult decision, for her, because she had always lived in her own home. This has been an absolute blessing. The facility is gorgeous, but more importantly the staff is amazing. My mom feels like she is part of a family there and actually so do I. I’m there several days a week so I feel close to the residents and staff. Anyone considering making this move should give Ovation a chance.

Recently my mom passed while in hospice care at Oviation, she had been a resident there for 16 months. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and the staff. Mom had the best care by these caregivers (true angels). Mom was always clean, dressed for the day, and served healthy meals from day 1. Want to say thank you once again to all the RN's, CNA's, MedTechs and the cooks.

My grandma currently lives in the female side of memory care. She was at a different facility before Ovation. She moved in on hospice and was actively passing; she maybe had a week to live. Eight months later, she’s still alive and off hospice! I believe Ovation has every intention to care for their residents. The nursing team is fantastic; they’re constantly engage with the residents, and the activities are improving by a lot. It’s not like your typical dark, gloomy halls like the facility she was in before. It has beautiful high windows where the sun shines right into the common area, with a lovely courtyard view. Ovation is the place you want to put your loved one in. My family doesn’t regret it one bit.

The activities schedule can be a bit confusing on where the event is taking place. There needs to be more variety in the food served at Bees Knees, it gets boring eating the same thing.

I am writing of my experience with my wife's residency at Ovation's Memory Care Unit. I moved my wife and me back to Utah this past December. We had lived a life of adventure outside of California's rat race for 6.5 years, traveling through the western states and grew to love Utah and especially southern Utah. We had to give up the road life and move back to California to be closer to her family when her early onset of dementia made it so I could no longer protect her by myself. I had admitted my wife into memory care the summer of 2022 at a southern California facility. It called me after only four days and told me I would have to relocate her; she was escaping their "secured" facility. I was forced to pay for 24-hr one-on-one supervision while I searched for another facility; it took me ten days of research and getting through the learning curve for facilities. I learned about staffing ratios, security logistics, the presence of registered nurses, food quality, private vs shared rooms, and surrounding neighborhoods. I finally found an expensive facility 90 minutes away from my home; I felt I had no choice. That facility made good on their promises to put more eyes on my wife during the transition and she was able to reach stability. But friends suggested I look back to Utah and I found Ovation in Washington, Utah. I drove up Fall of 2022 and visited it three times over three days, comparing it to two others. I met with Relations Director Hector each time and he spent a lot of time with me, showing me the entire facility and explaining what we'd be getting for our money. Ovation was still fairly new (but still much more affordable than southern California) and Hector was able to offer me a few financial incentives, making good on every one of them: help with a third-party transportation service, the cost of my lease-break fee, the first month free of cost, and the choice of an interior room with a courtyard view. These incentives may not be offered as time goes on, but it's worth investigating them if you get serious about a move-in. When I first saw Ovation, the level of design is what got my attention first. The facility consists not only of memory care (the ground floor consisting of two wings) but also assisted memory care and senior living in a sister building. I have learned that design is often more appealing to the families of loved ones in memory care while the residents don't care as much. My wife was the youngest (50s) resident by far, so I felt she still had an appreciation for the quality of her living quarters. Another local memory care facility's director made a good point saying a population of about 30 residents for memory care was about right for quality control. Ovation's memory care has a maximum occupation of 60 residents in private rooms, but it is split into two wings with two separate caregiving teams. The floor is beautifully designed with attention to detail for dementia: large individual sunlit rooms with window shades to help promote circadian lighting and less glare, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, spacious bathrooms with easy step-in showers. The amazing thing for me was Ovation on occasion allows me to spend the night with my wife - that was incredible to me and helps promote a sense of our former life together. I have observed the staff on a daily basis and feel they do a very good job in the often challenging care of the residents: the residents get round-the-clock attention, laundry, and housecleaning. The food is good and varied, and I can accompany my wife upstairs to the restaurant for assisted-living residents which offers an even more varied menu. I have good communications with the resident director, Karen, and nursing director, Doni, and feel confident in their care and ability to build a relationship with my wife; she is definitely recognized as an individual with unique cognitive abilities. The surrounding neighborhood also appears to be upscale and safe. Based on my experience with other memory care facilities, I feel fortunate to have found Ovation Sienna Hills.
