I saw your Facebook post asking for honest feedback, and I felt it was the right time to share my experience. Over the past few months, I have toured your facility twice while looking for a place for my mother. Unfortunately, I left feeling more like an inconvenience than a potential family looking for care. On my first visit, I was greeted by a very kind, masculine-presenting lady who I believe works in the kitchen. She was warm, welcoming, answered every question she could, took my contact information along with some information about my mom, and told me an administrator would reach out to me. Unfortunately, I never received that call. During my second visit, a red-haired woman from the nursing office came out and asked what we needed when expressed she walked away and came back with a packet, said that the pricing and room options were inside, told me to call the number on the card if I had questions, and then immediately returned to the office. It felt very rushed and dismissive, and not someone I would like to have as the face of greeting in my establishment especially since we were hoping to ask questions in person. While we were there, we also tried asking an older woman who was putting up a birthday sign where the restroom was. She quickly told us we would need to ask someone else and walked away down the hall. It left us feeling like we were interrupting. The bright spot in both visits was the same kitchen employee who remembered me from my first tour. She greeted us with a genuine smile, checked to make sure we were doing okay, and even invited my mother and me to come back for lunch because my mom is a little hesitant about new places. My mom actually smiled and joked that she would only come if the cook sat with her, and without hesitation, she agreed. That small act of kindness made a lasting impression on both of us. Since then, I have called several times to try to speak with the administrator, but each time I’ve been told they aren’t available. At this point, I’m honestly beginning to wonder if there is anyone handling admissions consistently. I truly want this facility to be the right fit because it is so close to home, and convenience means a lot when caring for an aging parent. However, the overall experience has not felt warm or welcoming. When families are making one of the hardest decisions of their lives, they need to feel seen, heard, and valued”not like they’re a burden. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is intended. The kindness shown by that kitchen employee demonstrated exactly the type of compassion families are looking for. I only wish the rest of our experience had reflected that same level of care.

From the very first phone call, I knew this was the right place for my grandmother. Over the past couple of weeks, the team has been incredibly helpful in coordinating her move and making what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and manageable. They have communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and answering every question with kindness and compassion. What stands out the most is how much they genuinely care about their residents. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them”they truly want each resident to feel safe, valued, and at home. Knowing my grandmother is surrounded by people who treat her with such respect gives our family tremendous peace of mind. I’m so excited for this new chapter for her and can’t wait to see her enjoy all of the activities, friendships, and happiness this community has to offer. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive first impression. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate assisted living facility.

The administrative staff and med techs were excellent to work with. They were very receptive to the family’s questions/concerns and professional when addressing them. They had the utmost respect towards my dad while they helped him with his activities of daily living. He was able to grow old gracefully in their care. The staff worked quickly to foster a bond with Dad and became his extended family. He enjoyed and participated in the multitude of activities that were offered and especially like playing bingo (he loved the prizes) and going on the van rides. There truly is something enjoyable to do for everyone that lives there and for my Dad, he felt he made a great decision when he chose to become a resident at Our House of Tremonton. The entire staff made his last nine months of life easier and extremely enjoyable. He truly loved living there.

This is one of the best facilities I have ever seen. The caregivers and administrators love each resident individually! They work so hard to make sure it is a loving and fun environment to be in. They also keep the building VERY clean! I have seen a lot of different facilities and this is one of, if not the cleanest one I have visited.

The staff at Our House Assisted Living are kind and professional. Not only did they help my mother feel as comfortable and at home as possible, but they embraced me as part of the family as well. I couldn’t have asked for better service, professionalism, care, and love in helping taking care of my mom in the last years of her life.

Our HOUSE WAS definitely Dad’s HOME. WHAT INCREDIBLE, CARING detail oriented help was given to Tip ( My Dad ) I needed extra assistance and was so nervous about asking for it first day starting with Miranda right down to Chelsey the maintenance crew, the Tremonton Our House staff goes above and beyond assisted care I believe their hearts and bodies go the extra mile allowing me personally to have a piece of mind throughout the passing of Dad. I Love the residents they are so welcoming it JUST HAS THAT HOMEY FEEL!! I would recommend this facility ( more like Home) to anyone needing that comfort in caring for your elderly parent. I love this place. The nurses and aides are willing to help, or talk to you if you have concerns. It’s clean, friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. They always made an effort to include my dad in activities trying to make his transition from home to assisted living easier. I know he really liked all the girls and he was less lonely with them around. I can’t thank them enough.

My mom is so comfortable at Our House in Tremonton because of the friendly and helpful staff. She enjoys the other residents and is happy to have a private room for moments when she wants to be alone with her dog. She doesn’t need to worry about her meals as they are prepared and served three times a day. She has enjoyed activities, church services, and friendships at the facility. Her meds are managed by the CNAs and delivered in a timely manner. We are able to visit at various times of the day”not just a little window of time like other facilities. We appreciate the management and staff at Our House!

Our House Assisted Living has been taking care of families in Bear Valley for over a decade and they only keep getting better! My mom was treated so lovingly and we all felt so comfortable there. I've been able to visit on many occasions for my job and see how happy the residents are and I've observed the staff's interactions and I can see how much they care. Myranda is especially good with the residents and their families. I would absolutely recommend Our House!

Prior to my Father becoming a resident of Our House, I had heard only great things about their facility. I have always felt comfortable knowing my Father is safe and happy. Words cannot express how great the entire staff is. We appreciate the care my mother receives at Our House Assisted Living of Tremonton. She isn't able to communicate a lot but she says how kind and helpful the girls are that take care of her. We appreciate being able to talk to Miranda and the others that assist and ask questions, give suggestions and communicate the needs of our family and the needs we see for my mother. We appreciate the effort they make in helping keep my mother clean and happy. Her room is also cleaned well and if we ever see a problem we feel free to work with the staff to take care of it. That open communication is so important to our family.

I have been very impressed with how they go the extra mile for the meals, also the activities, not just for holidays but year round. The staff are wonderful not just with the residents but the people that come to visit weather you are family to a resident or not, you are family here.
