A Gentle Touch Homecare does a wonderful job helping clients get the care they need, and quickly. They are professional in their conduct, caring in their services, and go the extra mile to work with partners and providers to assist patients with their needs. One of the employees helping a client receive homecare services noticed that there was a need for a new walker and wheelchair. Communication led to the client's medical provider submitting an order for new equipment for the client. How cool is that! These people go above and beyond, and it is because they care about the individuals receiving their services.

If you’re looking for a home care services for a friend, family, member, or other, loved one, I would recommend this company! I have found them to be honest, and very good at what they do. Most of all, I think they are trying to do things the right way for the right reasons. I’m grateful for caregiving company is like this one.

I would give them a zero if I could. They are completely unreliable! We hired them to help our senior mother who requires help in the mornings. They would show up when they wanted, and frequently not show up without notice, UNACCEPTABLE! She is diabetic and in a wheelchair and they simply wouldn't arrive. Again, I would give them a zero, they left the entire family in a panic multiple times.

Sometimes the individuals I work with are not ready to leave their home. Often moving into an assisted living community is not the right decision. For those who want to stay home in his or her own environment, A Gentle Touch is a great option. I have worked with Alissa (the community resource coordinator). I know that they will take care of you and I feel confident giving them my referral.
