I am a hospice nurse who cares for patients in this facility. I LOVE working with their nurse Sarah and their Executive Director, Emily. They are so communicative and make sure I'm updated on patient statuses and changes. They truly care for their residents and their happiness! I've seen a significant change at this facility since Emily became the director.

Aha Ridge Memory Care has given my parents extra good years. Their care, diligence and compassion are top quality. The food is healthy and good, the activities are stimulating and innovative. Ah the staff, headed by the director Emily, are the most gifted and talented people and know how to deal with all types of behaviors and conditions. I can't wait till I get older, so I can move here.

Alta Ridge Memory Care Review I am very happy to share our positive experience with Alta Ridge Memory Care. My father had been struggling with dementia and Parkinson's disease for many years, then he suffered a series of strokes. After a stay in the hospital and a rehab facility it became clear that his health was failing. We needed a facility that could address his physical needs, dementia and accommodate hospice. Alta Ridge Memory Care stepped up and were ready to help us. We were so impressed by the clean, inviting building and comfortable cozy environment. The administrators were so friendly and very anxious to understand our needs and accommodate our unique circumstances. The staff were very friendly, attentive and caring. On the day my father was admitted, we were waiting for him to arrive in a comfortable lounge area. We were able to observe some very positive interactions between the residents and the staff. We heard staff members kindly greet the residents and ask how they were doing. One staff member was brushing a resident's hair who seemed to be enjoying it greatly. We also heard another staff member make cute, friendly remarks to residents. The staff worked beautifully with hospice and they were very careful to provide a lovely comfortable environment for his final days. He passed away in a peaceful room with a lovely view of the sunny courtyard and his favorite music playing. The staff was so respectful and helpful during this very difficult time.

My Mom loved being part of this community! She felt very safe and comfortable for the 4+ years she lived there. There are so many very special care-givers who were instrumental in caring for her, and I appreciate their dedication and love. When entering this facility, I felt a sense of community right away. This is a place where the people who choose to work there, truly enjoy their jobs. They truly care about the residents, and do their best every day to ensure the people who reside within have a place they can call home. It's clear to me, seeing the residents, that they are active, involved, and have people that care about their well-being, comfort, and happiness. The facility is clean and appears to be well-managed. My mother was a resident here for a few years. I especially like Melanie. She first worked as a med tech and now works as the activity specialist. She truly cares for the people and loves them. They have a lot of fun activities.

I am a Med Tech here and have loved every second of it! My fellow employees and I have a great relationship with each other as well as relationships with each of our residents. It really is like a home away from home! I've appreciated everyone's willingness to help each other on harder days. Having a great team to get the job done efficient and effectively really makes the difference and allows us to provide the best possible care to you and your loved ones The activities prepared provide a fun and engaging environment and allow the residents to bond and become closer to those around them! I enjoy watching them and participating when I have a second of downtime! There are a wide variety of meals and alternate options to pick from. I love that! The food is delicious and the kitchen staff has always been so upbeat and friendly. Who doesn't love good food?(: Definitely recommend working here. 10/10 from me!

My mother, Sharon Brinker, has been at AltaRidge (Sandy) since March of 2018. I hated moving her so far from me but it has turned into the best of all possible moves. My mother is well cared for there, in particular, by Melanie Bradshaw. Ms. Bradshaw always keeps my family informed and when I haven't been able to visit, she will FaceTime me with mom. This is greatly appreciated, especially during the lock down. As hard as it is, Melanie can get my mother up and doing activities which is so good for mom. I work here on a PRN basis. I have amazing coworkers and I love my residents, but we recently went through a change in administration and I don't think it's a good change. E.g., when I last worked there, one of the two dryers wasn't working, so there was a massive backup of the resident's laundry and the facility's laundry. Now I'm no administrator, and I'm sure the new popcorn machine the administrator opted for is super fun, but maybe the broken dryer should have taken priority.

My experience here at Alta Ridge has been great. The staff is caring and try to do whatever we may need. The CNA's are available 24/7 to meet our needs. If a medical situation arises, it is addressed immediately. We have several activities avaiable to us. This is a nice place to live and to meet new friends

I have worked at this facility for about 5 months now. I've never worked as a CNA before but the administration has done an amazing job at training me and doing continual training due to constant change in residents needs. Multiple times I've gotten messages from my boss of encouragement and love. The staff here is amazing and really easy and fun to work with. This team has become my family. The residents are amazing and so sweet. It's like I have a bunch of super cute grandmas and grandpas. I know that Assisted livings get a bad rap sometimes. But the care given here is amazing and I would recommend this facility to anyone!

I work here and have for awhile. I have worked at many places and have seen the lack of support and the love for each other and residents. Here at Alta Ridge you have that. We have a great team here who shows each of the residents the love, compassion, dignity and respect. The building is immaculate and so much warmth the moment you walk in the door. The staff is very involved with the residents by sitting with them during meals to helping during activities. I have witnessed first hand how much we came together and helped during the Covid 19, we still do that. Thank you to the administrator who makes this happen and is the glue to our building

ARMC is an amazing place to be. The staff there are amazing with the residents and Trevor is a phenomenal administrator and person. The atmosphere is very home-like and an enjoyable. I would recommend Alta Ridge Memory Care to anyone!

Seems to be a definite decline in quality care with new site administration. Previously had a stable, well-trained staff, with a prompt response to residents, repairs made quickly, attention to details, and food always ordered and available -- a very smooth running facility. In the last few months it seems that the staff may or may not show up or do their job with no consequences, facility looks dirty (dishes left on tables), showers may not happen or as scheduled. Many residents seem anxious about the quality of care they're given now. Hopefully this can soon change.

My mom was put into 3 different rooms before she finally got settled. Then the room was much smaller then the first two. In the moving around he bed go broke and was never fixes. And now she has sugar ants all over her nightstand. We will see how things go.
