We recently moved in and we weren’t expecting so much help. And were so happy to get our larger apartment. The activities are great and the food is so good! And it’s such a plus that we get to personalize our apartment. The staff is first rate! Very happy with our new home!

We didn’t know that an assisted living facility like this existed. The people working there are both helpful and friendly and there are lots of cheerful residents. Many special events and activities are offered for the residents and it feels like a real community. The cost of living there is very competitive with the other places we looked at and the vibe is much better at The Wellington.

The Wellington in Salt Lake City might be renamed as The Wonderful Wellington! This title however would be meaningless without kudos to its staff. Firstly, Jeanette made our selection (my son and I) after visiting seven other communities in town. Yes, a one bedroom and large balcony suited my needs along with the resident diversity (gender, marital status) religions, and a community dining room with interesting residents made the selection rather easy. An activity calendar and transportation together with two elevators made the final touchdown a win. Nate’s administrative warmth, bringing in his high risk baby son and weekly letters made for a transparency hard to match. Brynn and her staff, with a sharp learning curve results in smooth medication delivery and in my case, a stand alone shower 3 times weekly. A Chef who is committed to interesting meals prepared and delivered in a timely manner takes the cake!! Even after living here for about 8 years I have discovered interesting evening movies. In closing, I must not overlook a wonderful housekeeping and maintenance staff surpassed by none! I am proud to share that the Wonderful Wellington in Salt Lake City stands head and shoulders above at least 6 other local communities in our fine town. Oh, I don’t want to overlook the delicious lunch bunch outings that I attend monthly. It’s no accident that 100% residency is at 4522 S. 1300 E. SLC, UT 84117 -Yes, the newly renovated community is a warm and inviting home for me and others.

The Wellington is an extraordinary Senior Living Community has bent over backwards to welcome my mom. The staff is kind, compassionate, and very helpful. My mom loves all the activities and feels at 92 she is making new friends and learning new art projects. I moved my mom here one month ago from a Senior Living Community in Palm Desert. She was left alone and often unattended. The staff treated her like she was a bother. Here she feels like she is home and part of a loving village. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my mother with such deep caring!

I have the opportunity to visit some of the residents at the Wellington for their home health physical therapy needs. I love being in this facility. The staff are welcoming and the residents love them. The residents are also friendly and always smiling as I pass them. The facility is very clean and they have lots of activities throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This is a beautiful facility and truly feels like a place where a loved one could comfortably and happily spend their later years. The staff I met were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. There are also plenty of amenities and engaging activities, which gave me the impression of a vibrant, interactive, and uplifting community. I would definitely recommend taking a look!

I am so impressed with the staff and residents. My Dad loves the food! It took me awhile to convince him to move in and once I got him in he hasn’t looked back. He loves the agenda and looks forward to all the music and exercise class. He even loves the balloon volleyball. He is so happy! I looked at a lot of places and the Wellington is so much like home. The Wellington is a wonderful assisted living center. We couldn't be have found a better place for our Mom, who has lived there now for 3 years in a one-bedroom apartment. The staff are kind and caring to all the residents, this was one of our top priorities. The meals are excellent. The Wellness Dept (Cierra and Kaitlyn) offer fun crafts, balloon volleyball, bingo, concerts and talks and fun social get-togethers, such as wine and trivia. Church services are provided. The last two holiday dinners for families and residents to celebrate Christmas 2025 and Thanksgiving 2025 were worthy of a fine restaurant, absolutely delicious with hand-crafted cocktails (and tickets only $20 to $22 a plate). The building was recently redecorated and is beautiful. I hear there is now a waitlist for new residents. Be sure to get your name on the list, it will be worth the wait!

I really love it here! It's so pleasant. I have so many new friends now and there is so many fun things to do with the activities going on. There is a lot of food choices and I love that I can get a delicious salad when I want it. I have been living here about 16 months and it gets better and better. I love the new remodel especially the new library furniture!

My dad lives here. He has a comfortable, private apartment, but goes to the comfy dining room for most meals. Aids bring him medication and a lot of services, such as physical therapy and lab services, are available on-site. Clinical and administrative staff are all top-notch as far as I've seen. I am assured that my dad is treated with the respect he's earned throughout his life, and is comfortable and safe.
