Pinnacle care center was an exceptional place to rehab physical therapy. Were there 2 to 3 times a day depending on the need activities and group physical therapy was wonderful fun lots of laughter and friends.

Care was excellent! The CNA’s were friendly and attentive, the nursing staff efficient and explained things in a way my mom could understand. The therapy team was encouraging and worked with my mom in obtaining her goal of returning home safely. The food was great! The selection better than anticipating for a rehab center. The staff made accommodations for my mom’s particular needs. Also I appreciate the text messages from the team about changes etc. Lindsey is amazing and I appreciate how she cares about the residents. Based on my mom’s experience, I highly recommend!

If you find yourself needing physical rehabilitation you wont find a better place to recover. I was met with kindness, empathy, and every effort to be made comfortable. Shout out to Rochele, Mike, Zoey, James, Jess, Both Brooklyns, DD, Dixie, Paisley, and everyone else. Thank you so much for all your help. Thank you to Scott for the wound care and thanks to the kitchen crew as well.

Knee surgery My my mom's room, #109! She made a special, new friend during the 2 1/2 week stay at Pinnacle Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was given the best roommate she could have asked for! We all enjoyed each other's company. My mother and her roommate got along so well together and enjoyed eating, talking, and watching TV.
