The staff has been kind & helpful.. The facility is clean.. I would of given 5 stars.. But in between visits to see my sister.. I try to call and talk to her and no one answers the phone..

I just spent 5 months at Cascade of Orchard Park. Physical therapy there was amazing. Helping me to make great progress. I loved all of the staff and was grateful that they took the time to get to know the residents there and were so friendly. Nurses were phenomenal and took such great care of me. CNA's were great. Fun activities are scheduled for great interaction including daily bingo. I left yesterday in tears. Leaving behind so many people whom I had grown to love and care about

I loved being a resident there overall. I really only had problems with two staff members. One of which scares the hell out of me. That staff member no longer works at op. I was there from the end of June 2022 moved out I'mNovember 1 2022. I love the staff the wound care nurse challis, all the nurses aides torrid Megan ty Jacob Maria and everyone else I love and miss all of you.

I am a PT student that had been working at this location for a few weeks. The staff has been super friendly every time I have had a question and from what I have been able to see very attentive to the needs of the patients. A lot of times it has reminded me of a quote from SpongeBob hotel episode " we shall never deny a guest (resident) even the most ridiculous request." The physical therapy team is wonderful! They care deeply about the people they work with and work very hard to help folks recover and improve. The nurses and aides are all so kind and are very caring of the residents. Lots of friendships and good people there.

I have worked in many facilities and I would definitely say this place deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it. I've been welcomed in with warm hearts and smiles when I started here. The environment and the energy in this place as well as the other staff is just immaculate(:

I absolutely love working here! This is my first job as a COTA, and I have thoroughly enjoyed not only everyone I work with, but I love everyone I get to work with as well as those I don't. It is a wonderful thing to love your job, and I can say that I truly do. I feel like I am a part of something real, and I love how much ALL of the residents here are loved and taken care of. I was a CNA at one point in my life for several years, and so I know how hard it can be. I can honestly say that the CNA's I have the pleasure to work with are pretty great!

This facility has been improving the quality of care that their staff provides. I've seen the staff in action, and I've seen the friendships formed between staff and the residents. It's a good place to work, and the residents are treated like family.
