I moved in a week ago and couldn’t be happier with the decision to downsize and live in a community of peers, over 55. The staff strive to make me comfortable and welcome. The residents have been friendly and open to new relationships. They also respect your space and privacy. Thankful for a ready-made community after moving 2100 miles to stay close to family. Flexible arrangements make signing up an easy decision. Thank you Kolby, Dalton, Elana, and Debbie for making the transition so smooth.

Dad recently passed away and we were looking for a place for Mom. Dalton was immediately responsive when we contacted Pioneer Valley. He has worked around our schedule. With all of our changing needs, they were able to help us out with kindness and compassion! Dalton and his staff explained things very well and made the paper work process super easy and understandable. They have been very welcoming to Mom! We are excited to move her in, in the next day or two. We look forward to visiting her and having meals with her there.

I've been looking for a place for my mother. Seeing you all in the 24 th parade was so inviting and enjoyable. They all looked like they were having a blast with everyone one. The staff looked so friendly and wanting to make sure the residents were tooken care of and having fun.

We had a wonderful nighttime outdoor adventure this past weekend watching an outdoor movie in a garage!! It was marvelous! We were served popcorn, candy and soda pop, just like in the good ole days going to a drive-in movie! What a blast!! This staff really knows how to entertain these residents here!!.

My husband does sales at Pioneer Valley, so I have been to quite a few events throughout his time there. The food has always tasted great, the staff are always kind and welcoming, and it is such a positive environment with the nicest people who live there. My name is Kelly Smith and I wish to make a review and explain to people. What a good and well run place that Pioneer is Dalton. The manager on Elaina and Kobe are such a great combination of staff in the management area and they have always been very kind very helpful very Accommodating and I’ve literally have felt at home for about a year and a half. The food is amazing. Logan in the kitchen has great culinary skills. It’s peaceful. It’s quiet, this honestly is the safest place. I have ever lived losing my husband two years ago. I moved in here and it’s been absolutely wonderful. I moved down here from Texas And came in from a fire that my husband and I had I lost him and they have the people here have been so friendly and I didn’t have friends when I came down here and now I feel like this is my home and I hope I never have to leave And that’s about it. I just wanted to give them a review because they are so on top of things that it just makes you feel at home whenever you have a question so I hope you take this review and really think about it and I would highly suggest this place. We have lived here 3 years and have had a wonderful time. The staff is positive and they go out of their way to meet our needs and provide a great experience. There is always something to participate in. The kitchen staff provides us with first class meals. We can't brag enough about this living arrangement we have.

there are three main reason to choose Pioneer vvalley lodge 1. safety 2 comfer 3. convenience the older we get safety is most important Our doors are locked at 7:00 abd visitors during the day must sign in and our 3. convenience , we have a bus that will take you anywhere in the valley mon-thurs 9-4 On monday we have home family evening, wed and sunday 6:30 we have come follow me and on sunday LDS church at 10:00 Everyone is invited and welcome. We have exercise equipment, library pool ta ble We have a acitivity director who is always findin good and fun things to do. Best part is we have no dishs three good meals, snacks and entertainment. We have a guest room that our family can stay in 90.00 a night plus three meals. If I was to state the most important item for me is the peace of mind I have because the management is wonderful caring and really do love you. Its a place you can call home and really mean it. So it doesn't mater what stage of life your in your fit

Pioneer Lodge is absolutely an amazing place. We took a tour of it and found it very accommodating beautiful with everything that anyone would need right on the facility. Richard is fantastic to work with. So kind and has a great wealth of information for individuals needing this kind of a living situation. It is absolutely worth the time to go check it out.

I love living here at Pioneer Valley Lodge! We've lived here for 3 and 1/2 years. Today we had a wonderful Christmas dinner that they made for us. They make things very special for us here. The Christmas activities have been fantastic! The decorations are wonderful for Christmas! They work hard here & we feel loved. We are all like a family. I love all the activities they have here. We have such great people working here.

Manager Elena and Assistant Manager Kolby went above and beyond in helping us deal with the details of assisting my parents to move into Pioneer Valley Lodge. We were able to sample several meals, all of which were absolutely delicious, and served by a particularly attentive wait-staff. The residents were all friendly and accepting, and looking forward to my parents moving in. Time did not permit us to participate any of the various resident activities, but there were several available each day, and we were able to appreciate the magical ice cream machine. Lovely and well maintained grounds and common areas, and activity and exercise rooms are available.

We were trying to find a place to move my elderly mother to and Pioneer Valley Lodge was the one I was so impressed with! We were treated so well in our interactions with the friendly people and staff. The food is phenomenal, also! My mother decided to stay in her own place instead of moving, unfortunately, but we would highly recommend this place!!

I have really enjoyed being here at PVL because they have done such a good job of taking care of me and my apartment. I have even enjoyed helping others here like driving them to their doctors or get prescriptions, etc. It's a great place to be...!!!

I wasn't sure what I was getting as came from Indiana site unseen and was not at disappointed hae been happy with most everything. The bus not running at this time has been the only problem I've had. There are many fun thing to do and our activity director is always coming with something different and fun.

My mother is in the early stages of Dementia and we moved her to Pioneer Valley Lodge a few months ago. She is so much happier then I have seen her in a long time. She raves about the food, she feels well cared for by the staff, she has made a number of friends and really enjoys the various activities. I have also noticed an improvement in her memory. It's such a relief I don't have to worry about her living alone anymore. I would give this place 10 stars if possible.

My grandparents (Terrance & Helen Hatch) used to live here for many years before they passed. But they were happy with this establishment and so was the rest of our family and extended family. The staff were always so kind to my grandma and grandpa, and that meant a lot to my whole family. I just want to say thank you for everything.

We found this community for my father that is 65. This has been such a great move. The area is clean and organized. Meals are prepared with snacks throughout the day in the dinning area. Activities and movie nights. Along with housekeeping once a week. I would highly recommend this senior community to anyone looking. Lots of extra and options for retired seniors.
