Bellaview Assisted Living and Memory Care is such an amazing place. The staff truly care and love the residents! Not only do they care for them, but they also love spending time talking and laughing with them. Admin is also seen interacting and participating in activities with the residents. Such a great choice for your loved one.

July 2026
My mom lived at Bellaview in Lehi for nearly 26 months. Writing this review is incredibly difficult because while there were many things we truly loved, there were also serious issues that left me deeply frustrated and hurt. I believe families deserve to know both. First, I want to recognize the CNAs. We became very close to several of them and truly consider them family. They were kind, compassionate, dedicated, funny, supportive, patient, and smart. Being a CNA is one of the hardest jobs there is. They work long hours, aren't paid nearly enough, and often endure verbal abuse from residents, yet continue to show kindness every day. There's a saying that a facility is only as good as its CNAs, and I completely agree. They are the heart of Bellaview. The facility is beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained. From the moment you walk in, there's a calm atmosphere. The central gathering area is wonderful for visiting and enjoying musical performances, which my mom loved. The food was hit or miss. My mom and many of her friends felt the same way. I know it's impossible to please everyone's tastes, so I don't view that as a major criticism. Bellaview also offered a wide variety of activities. The activity director was exceptional. She organized wonderful events and transformed the building for every season and holiday with beautiful decorations. Residents, families, and staff were all shocked when she was let go. One concern was the amount of turnover. We expected some turnover among CNAs because that's common in healthcare. What surprised us was the turnover in leadership and key positions, including the care coordinator, cook, nurse, marketing director, activity director, and administrator. The biggest weakness I experienced at Bellaview was communication. It wasn't an isolated issue. Throughout my mom's stay, there were repeated breakdowns between the care coordinator, nurse, administrator, and frontline staff. My brother and I visited daily, so we could usually catch problems and advocate for my mom. It made me wonder how residents without family nearby were getting the care they needed. It pains me to say this, but I was deeply hurt by my mom's end-of-life care. I stayed with her 24 hours a day during her final days and learned firsthand how important it is to have an advocate. One night, despite repeated efforts, we were unable to get my mom the morphine prescribed through hospice. Before that night, I made sure the hospice nurse, Bellaview staff, and administrator had everything entered into the electronic medication system because communication had already been an ongoing issue. Yet when my mom desperately needed comfort medication, it wasn't available for the staff to administer. The CNAs were not at fault. They simply could not legally administer medication that wasn't properly documented. I repeatedly texted, emailed, and called the administrator and nurse that night, but I couldn't reach either of them. I even spent hours trying to find contact information for the owners but couldn't reach anyone. Watching my mom suffer while being unable to get help was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life. I stayed awake all night feeling helpless. When the next shift of CNAs arrived, I gave them an earful, but I also made it clear my frustration wasn't with them. They were doing everything they legally could. My frustration was with a system where no responsible decision-maker could be reached during an emergency, causing unnecessary suffering. No family should ever have to experience that. I genuinely hope Bellaview addresses its communication problems because I believe they are fixable. Despite the challenges we experienced, there are many positives, including its beautiful environment, exceptional CNAs, and strong sense of community. I don't write reviews lightly, and I don't enjoy writing negative ones. But families deserve an honest picture of both the strengths and weaknesses of a place where they may entrust the care of someone they love.

Staff is very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about coming here.

My mother-in-law moved into memory care last January with advanced Alzheimer’s. Her husband had been caring for her full time in another state and needed additional support. Finding Bellaview was truly a blessing. Not only did it provide him with the help he needed, but within just a week, she began to thrive. The staff have been exceptional, consistently attentive, compassionate, and dedicated to ensuring her comfort and well-being. She even formed meaningful connections with other residents who are walking a similar path. A few weeks ago, she sadly fell and broke her hip. Through it all, the Bellaview team has continued to go above and beyond. They kept her comfortable after surgery and surrounding her with the same kindness and attentive care we’ve come to deeply appreciate. If you are considering sending your loved one to Memory Care you have chosen the right place.

The decision to move my aunt to an Assistant Living was a scary and difficult decision to make. Before we decided on Bellaview, we researched many locations. We compared not only prices, but the faclities, the staff and the activities offered. When we toured Bellaview, we immediately noticed all the clean and bright public spaces. We also noticed the employees interacting with the residents in a caring way. My aunt has been at Bellaview for 1 1/2 years, and I can see she is happy, well taken care of and that we made the right decision for our family. We have had a very positive experience with Bellaview.

I wouldn't call this place perfect; there's room to improve in all areas, but I know the whole team is incredible, and I know for sure we'll do our best to take care of the residents. I'll look forward to seeing new faces

One of the first things I noticed about Bellaview was how beautiful and clean the entrance was and how friendly everyone in the front office was. My mom needed a place to go to memory care (coming from assisted-living), and this look like it was a right place for her. Her first day was highlighted by an entrance on the red carpet, greeted by many of the employees who introduced themselves individually to her and made her feel at home. Her room was spacious and very clean. The employees in memory care were warm, friendly and attentive to her needs. I’ve spoken to the nurses and they understand and act upon the needs my mother has. She has been at Bellaview for over four months now and has enjoyed her place because she gets to participate in exercise, crafts, games, movie theater upstairs, church in the facility and great food too! She is checked on every two hours, and the proper medication is given to her twice a day. She has made friends (as there only 20 in memory care) and has especially enjoyed all the music (piano players, guitar players and many, many singers) that come to visit Bellaview. Themes and holidays radiate in Bellaview’s decor and activities. Also, bunnies are periodically brought in for my mom and others to enjoy. All this has made a difference in her life. I am so glad she joined the Bellaview family and I will definitely give it a five star rating.

This is my mother’s 2nd assisted living center. She loves it at Bellaview. The staff is fantastic, the care and attention are great and the facility is clean and feels brand new. After touring several centers my sister and I had no problem choosing Bellaview for our mom!
January 2024
For several months as I have watched my grandma decline and feel helpless, I felt an immense amount of guilt suggesting that she enters an assisted living. I suppose I had an idea in my head that they looked and felt like a "last stop". When it was apparent that my grandma needed more than I could offer her I toured Bellaview and I experienced an overwhelming feeling of peace. It felt like a home, not a "facility" or "clinical setting" like others I have entered. I took several days before she moved in to stop by, ask questions, fill out paperwork, etc. Each time I took note of all the people I saw congregating. It was more than residents and staff - it was a community, it was a FAMILY. Tracy, Keanna, and Victoria were so kind and informative as they guided me through the process. Today was move in day and when my grandma entered she was greeted with a red carpet lined on either side by the staff. After introductions we went to her room and she got to do a ribbon cutting at the door which was amazing! Inside was a welcome home package made up of the most special things, things that required so much attention to the details specific to my grandma. The move in was perfect and I saw a light in her that I haven't seen in some time. I encouraged her to go to dinner in the dining room and mingle with people and make friends. She was feeling a little uncomfortable as she had not had a haircut in a while and the salon down the hall was booked up for the day. I texted Tracy letting her know, kind of giving her a heads up that my grandma may hermit until the salon was open again in a few days. About 10 minutes later there was a knock on the door and it was the hairstylist. She had finished up her appointments and came to take my grandma to get her haircut and done up nice! She stayed late to boost my grandma's confidence in meeting new people and make her again feel like the queen she is. The kindness that she displayed meant more to me than she will ever know. Every detail at the Bellaview has been so thoughtfully curated from the trained staff, to the music, activities, acts of kindness, decor, Bella the dog, and the food - just to name a few things! I have realized that Bellaview isn't a "last stop" after all - it is the beginning of a new chapter! A chapter filled with hope, friends, family, fun, and love. All the things that Bellaview encompasses. If and when you are ever in the helpless shoes I was in, I encourage you to tour Bellaview and give your loved one the opportunity to live their fullest life in this amazing community.

This is a wonderful assisted living community in Utah County. Victoria the Administration and Keanna the Nurse truly care about the residents and staff. The building is clean and beautiful and the residents always seem so happy when I visit there.

Bellaview is a truly unique and wonderful place! I researched and visited facilities across 3 counties along the Wastach Front and Bellaview was clearly the best. The caregivers are kind, patient, and attentive. They try to learn about each resident and help them accordingly. Caregivers are cross-trained to work with residents in both assisted living and memory care. Their staffing ratio and rotation seems well balanced. Management has been incredible to work with! Communicating well with me, among themselves, and with their staff to accommodate changing needs and respond to questions/challenges. They are incredibly professional and personable. I have been blown away by how generous, patient, and helpful they are both individually and collectively. They are also refreshingly down-to-earth. They are so loving with my mom and go above-and-beyond to learn the details of what she likes and to help her feel comfortable. You will not find a better marketing director anywhere! At Bellaview there is a variety of wonderful activities and outings. The in-house nurse practitioner is top-notch! The building design is fantastic with an abundance of natural light. There is anti-slip flooring with seamless transitions, safe and easy shower design, and inviting common areas that facilitate socializing and connection. The building is always very clean and smells nice. My mom personally loves the beautiful waterfall feature in the back courtyard. The chef prepares good food (I like it) and is always inviting of feedback. The residents themselves are friendly, happy, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Bellaview!

Our beloved daughter spent the last few months of her life in Bellaview Assisted Living. The management and sfaff provided extraordinary attention and loving care as she prepared to leave this life for the realms beyond. The rooms and facilities are new, pleasant, beautiful and comfortable. Those being served are also friendly and kind. Entertainment and music is offered from time to time, a comfortable room for worship services and movies, and a children's room with toys and building blocks for enjoyment while visiting takes place.

Beautiful facility. All the staff take incredible care of my great uncle.
December 2021
Before you move your beloved family member into Bellaview you need to be reassured that Elder Abuse by CNAs and Management as well as Elder Abuse by Residents to Residents have been corrected. There are many problems with distribution of meds, availability of assistance to residents and level of abailable entertainment vs medical care are right for the needs of your loved one. This is a beautiful place to live but being some place that is well decorated and showy isn't the most important factor for your family member. Talk to some of the residents when you visit and determine if it is a good fit for you and yours. Also, don't put your family member in Bellaview unless you can regularly review their reactions to difficult relationships such as and take into consideration how much "assistance" they will need. This is a place for you if you engage well with others, are fairly independent emotionally and can care for almost all your needs. If your older family member suffers from dementia, is unable to reason or follow a listed schedule then this place will be an exercise in fustration unless you are considering placing them directly into "Memory Care" from the Get-Go. This is a fairly new facility and those involved in its management are still "learning" and suffering from Growing Pains. They have great food, fun activities and great parties. They are weak on the day to day personal support needed by most people who are suffering with mobility issues. They are constantly short on workers who hire on then quickly become disenfranchised by the working conditions THEN give notice and are gone.

Not only is this building beautiful, but the staff is amazing too! When you enter, it feels very home like and you see residents out and about enjoying themselves. I love the community doodle that doesn't shed and is so sweet and gentle, the residents love them! Gabby the marketer, and Brad the exec director are fabulous to educate families on their building, and keep the families there up to date and in the know. Highly recommend!
December 2020
Like most Assisted Living facilities, Bellaview is experiencing the effects of covid19 but they work very hard to not only keep residents safe, but to keep them happy and informed as well.
August 2020
I love this building, not only is the entire facility made with the highest quality materials but the staff also operate on the highest level. They are loving and really take the time get to know everyone involved, not just the residents but also their families. Before you decide on an assisted living, make sure you check out this building, with great activities, delicious food that I have indeed sampled and a wonderful environment this place feels like home. Thanks Bellaview!

Bellaview has an incredible staff that provide amazing, compassionate care for loved ones. This is the most important thing they offer. Their loving care along with the atmosphere of a brand new state of the art building that has put all the thought into all things necessary to keep loved ones safe, comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Bellaview to anyone looking for great care for their loved one.
