Rose Cove Apartments offers independent senior apartments, which is how many mature adults prefer to spend their retirement years. Residents have as much independence as they want in a supporting environment.
The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. The staff is some of the best in Farmington, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. We designed the dining area at Rose Cove Apartments to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

Just had a BBQ party here at Rose Cove celebrating Independence Day. The staff, [name removed], [name removed] and maintenance crew did a top notch job of putting it together. The food was so good and the chance to mingle with other tenants here in our community was a delight. I have lived at Rose Cove going on seventeen years now and want to express my gratitude to the staff for a gusto effort and success making Rose Cove to continue to be a most pleasant community to live in.

I love living here. Maintenance is very helpful if you have an issue, the management is friendly, and I love swimming in the pool and jacuzzi. Couldn't ask for a better place to live and it is a great location. They have a workout room with a nice treadmill. They also have events for the residents in the clubhouse to treat the residents!

Rose Cove has been bought by Highmark Residential and I have noticed such a positive difference! Highmark has hired a second maintenance man, money is being invested in the property, the pool is open and sparking! Jocelyn is doing an excellent job and the District Manager listens to concerns and takes them seriously. Rose Cove is a little hidden gem in Farmington - we are tucked in a quiet, peaceful, high-end neighborhood with stunning views of the mountains. There is zero crime here and the parking lot is kept snow-free daily - second only to the hospital - a real plus on the winter!

I live near the Rose Cove Apartments and have many neighbors and friends who reside there. I am frequently in the building. Rita Jimenez is the new manager of the complex. I have found Ms. Jimenez to be friendly, willing to help, very knowledgeable, and I enjoy interacting with her. She is a great addition to the management of facility.

Ive lived here for five months now and the only complaint I have are how thin the walls are. The apartment itself is nice! Farmington is an expensive place to live so the price of the apartment is good for what you get. Theres a walking trail right outside the apartments which is very nice. Ive lived in other places and this is my favorite so far!

This complex is a great and enjoyable place to live. Its quiet and Serene the walking trails are great as well. the tenants are great to get along with. The management does a great job running this place. I recommend this place to live to

Ive been here 5 months and love it! I like the people Ive meet and how dog friendly it is. If anything goes wrong it is fixed very quickly. Im giving it a 5 because for me it has given me my independence back and I feel safe here. Lorrie Johnson
