This is a nice place with nice staff, however, keep in mind they won’t supply anything for the residents. So you have to bring in toilet paper, laundry detergent, everything for them.

We Love Chancellor Gardens which has given us a chance to improve our quality of life. For five years prior to moving here, we were consigned to our home with no car and no social interaction due to our medical conditions. At Chancellor, we have made friends with residents and with the staff who earnestly try to be a friend and make this a desirable experience for everyone. We look forward to spending the rest of our lives at Chancellor Gardens. The food is excellent, and the various activities are fun and enriching. Services for several religious groups are held here including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints which includes Sunday meetings, family home evening, Relief Society and monthly bus trips to the Temple. Weekly field trips are planned on the Chancellor mini-bus. The staff plans special activities relevant to the season of the year and the holiday. Birthdays are always recognized. My husband and I have great difficulty walking and we are able to use small scooters to get around. Others use walkers or Jazzi wheelchairs or walk slowly if able to do so. Monthly meetings are held that residents can participate in whenever they want to and can share ideas for food, activities, and give feedback to the staff. We made a very good decision to choose Chancellor Gardens as the place to live for the winding down years of our lives.

I searched and did my homework to find my mom a great place, and one with a memory care unit as well. Chancellor was such a great find. For the most part, we've been happy, but my mom, along with 27 others are being kicked out due to being on medicaid. This is a very frustrating situation. My mom has lots of things, and we had to find somewhere where she could take her dog too. I think upper management should have made the decision going forward, to not accept anymore medicaid patients. They shouldn't be kicking anyone out! Very aggravating!

My mom lived here for the last years of her life. She loved it. She said - "It's like being on a cruise ship. The food is great, there are lots of things to do, and there are new people all the time". Okay - that last bit sounds odd - but the reality is that these people are so caring. Her last years were full of caring people making sure her life was still fun and meaningful. And Chancellor Gardens made sure her last days were comfortable and that she was cared for. Thank you!

When looking for a memory care center for our mom, we picked Chancellor Gardens for one of the locations to tour. We were looking for a location that was middle for my siblings and I. We felt so supported and well informed by Jody who gave us a tour. She was very thoughtful to our mom who was with us at that time. We were impressed by their programs, baking program and sales, delighted to be offered to take some home and they were the absolutely best lemon white chocolate cookie I have ever had. Chancellor Gardens was clean, thoughtful, intentional activities, and staff were interactive and friendly. Although we went with a location a bit further south, that was truly our only reason for not picking Chancelor Gardens. Thank you Jody for your time, care, and support during a difficult time.

My mother was at Chancellor Gardens in the memory care unit for several months. The staff was wonderful - all so loving, patient and kind. There were tasty meals with different options for the residents to choose from, art projects, music, activities and field trips. They were welcoming to her family as we’d come to visit and always kept me informed about any changes or problems she was having. Mom was happy and contented there. Earlier this month The Executive Director Ryan took time out of his busy day to meet with my boys and I. I just have to say how amazing it’s been working with Bree, the new Director of Nursing at Chancellors. As a nurse from an outside agency, I have worked with a lot of different facilities, and Bree has truly been a breath of fresh air. She’s approachable, organized, and always on top of things. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and her team, and she makes collaboration so easy and smooth. I also really appreciate how great their transportation services are. Setting up rides for residents to get to their doctor’s appointments is super easy and reliable, which makes a big difference in making sure our patients get the care they need without any hassle. Over the past 6 to 7 years Chancellor Gardens has been home for my father. The love and care he receives on a daily basis is amazing. Lisa W. and Kat both took him under their wings back in 2020 when Covid made it impossible to see my father for months. He had just lost my sweet mother a few weeks before and was already having a hard time. I know that during that long period of time my father is very well taken care of. That care continues today as well, which my sisters and I are so grateful for. Lisa and Kat will never know how much we love and appreciate them for going above and beyond what was expected. The care that ALL the staff gave to him and all of residents was above and beyond as well and continues today. Over the years Chancellor and it staff have become family. I love going in and seeing each employee interacting with the residents like they were their parents or grandparents. I also enjoy going to eat meals with my father and can honestly say their food is yummy. That is coming from a picky eater. The actives are a lot of fun and I love how Jody lets family members take part when they are visiting. She does an amazing job of keep the residents engaged. They always celebrate special holidays and occasions with the residents and their families. I hope if I ever need to live in an assisted living, my daughter loves me enough to place me at Chancellor gardens. The care staff are so kind and loving to our dad and treat him with such respect as he is getting older. Let’s not forget about the kitchen staff who prepare amazing meals. Tammy, in particular, is an absolute joy to interact with. The care provided at Chancellor Gardens is nothing short of outstanding and their cuisine is top-notch, offering delicious and nutritious meals that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs. My in-laws stayed at Chancellor Gardens (mother in law in memory care and father in law in assisted living) and they had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely respectful and supportive. They seemed to truly love and care for our parents. Some of them even showed up to their funerals- that is going above and beyond. The facility was clean and didn’t have that nursing home smell. Visitors are welcome and encouraged (which is a good sign). We can’t say enough positive about Chancellor Gardens.

Chancellor Gardens is the best assisted living facility as far as my family is concerned. My sister has lived here nearly 14 years and she always tells me how happy she is being here. There is always something fun going on. The employees are very friendly and caring and they take great care of the residents. This pic is Cindy in her younger years!

Always pleasant folks at front desk. Requests for assistong residents is almost perfect. Love that someone on staff always reminds the residents to go to meals, movies, and other activities.
