I came as a guest to perform with a group. The residents made a great audience by singing along and tapping to the rhythm. The activity director is energetic and cares about the people! The lunch was simple but fresh and the crew was friendly!

My father has been with the facility for over a year now and we are all very pleased with the staff and the management team. They care about the residents and go out of their way to make my father feel comfortable. I can text to the care coordinators whenever I have questions or need anything and they respond right away no matter day or night. We reserved a room for my father’s birthday and everyone stopped by to say hello and wish my father a happy birthday. Recently, there was an issue with my father’s kitchen sink, the maintenance staff and the facility manager spend hours to fix the issue and made sure it works. Shoshana, who is absolutely my father’s favorite staff, came to visit my father whenever she can. I am truly grateful to the staff and management of this facility.

I have the pleasure of playing my saxophone for Truewood residents with the Golden Years Band. The residents and staff are always welcoming, excited, and get into the groove of the music we play. We are treated to a great lunch with the residents each time we play. Thank you Truewood for hosting our band!

I am an employee here and I must say out of all of the facilities I have worked at and spent time in this is by far the best. I can clearly see the care that management and my fellow co-workers have for these residents and well as their staff. The residents here are all so kind and caring as well as house keeping is great at keeping up on things. Also I have to give a shout out to the kitchen by far the best food I have had in a facility.

My wife and I have been at Truewood Bountiful for nearly two years. Our initial contact was with Melody Green. She walked us through the property and showed us several apartments on the independent floor. At first, Melody was our "go to" person, answering questions we had about services and the daily activities. Now, as Veterans of Truewood, we consider ourselves part of a large Family of residents, who meet together and share our experiences with each other. We truly enjoy the sense of family that living at Truewood provides, as we socialize with the residents and the staff. Although the residents here are "mature" in age with some health concerns, they have all lived creative, and interesting lives. I thoroughly enjoy listening to their life histories. In short I would call our lives here as one of Prayer, Work, Study, Hospitality and (for us) Renewal.

I am a hospice nurse and I have several patients at Heritage Place. The staff is amazing and treat the residents like their own family. Lots of activities to pass the time, great menu, just overall great place!!!! I know that my patients will be taken care of, even when Im not there. I would definitely recommend Heritage to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one. I would feel comfortable having my family members reside there. I visit different facilities every week and Heritage Place is one of the best!!!

Moved my mom there in January. Bright, Sunny and everyone is smiling! They are vigilant and careful with my precious mom. Lots of activities and they reach out to her to make sure she remembers and attends what she wants. She is doing better than I have seen her do in over 2 years. Love them!

My husband and I moved my mother in law to this wonderful place a month ago. The room is clean and beautiful. She has stated to all of us that she loves her new living quarters. I am so very happy she is comfortable and happy.

My mother was recently moved there after experiencing increased cognitive decline. They help get her medication straight, she reports the staff have been wonderful, she has increased her over activity to the point she is starting to walk without her walker! (even though we have asked her not to. Thats my Mom!) Every time I talk to her she goes on and on about how wonderful they are. Her cognitive increase has been seriously surprising! And I have been working in the mental health field for the past 23 years!!! I am tearing up writing this. Thank you!!!!

My mother has been at Heritage Place since early 2017. It has become home for her and she really loves the circle of friends (residents and staff) she has developed there. Rachel, the Executive Director, has done a remarkable job, particularly during these very difficult COVID-19 months. She has somehow managed to minimize the spread of COVID-19 by complying with stringent Department of Health and corporate requirements and yet at the same time she has helped residents and their families (and staff) feel listened to and cared for. I honestly cant imagine how difficult this has been. Thank you Rachel!

Just over one year ago I joined the Heritage Place team. I never thought I would be so happy working here. From amazing staff and management to the unique and wonderful residents. I have learned so much and enjoyed many moments. I am so looking forward to many more experiences here.

Our family was so impressed with the care given to our mom over the three years she lived at Heritage Place. My personal experience as a friend and caregiver to a Heritage Place resident has been excellent! I have spent many hours and days interacting with the supervisory staff and personnel there and have never yet been disappointed with the treatment that I or my friend received. In particular, Kayden Grenko in health services and Melody Green in sales and resident placement have been wonderfully helpful and empathetic in assisting me to better help my good friend who is struggling with lifes everyday challenges.

I work for a Home Health agency and have had the opportunity to spend time in Heritage place over the course of the last year. Recently they have made some amazing changes and it shows. Kayden and Ann are so involved and sincerely interested in the care of their residents, and their opinions, they truly honor patient choice when helping their residents navigate their healthcare options. Since they have taken the reigns Its been like someone has turned the lights back on. Its so much more lively than its been in the past and the caregivers seem to really enjoy what they do. Heritage Place has done an amazing job at hiring people who really care about what they are doing. Not only do the CNAs and Med Techs truly look after the residents, but everyone else does as well. This includes the waitstaff, the Executive Director, the Business Office Assistant, and all those who are involved in the resident's day to day life, even down to the Receptionist. Its a very happy place that anyone would be lucky to be a part of!

Our parents have lived at Heritage Place since January of this year. It's always an adjustment for a senior who has been in their own home for so many years to relocate. Heritage Place made that transition easy for our parents. Their apartment is more than comfortable, the staff and the caregivers there are always happy to help, serve and render any assistance when it's needed. The dining atmosphere is very nice with very nutritious meals, prepared in adequate portions for senior adults. Our parents and doing so much better there. We appreciate all of the staff at Heritage Place

My Mother needed some care much more than I could give her. This place seems like Home when you walk in much more then others I have visited. I dont need to worry so much because she is cared for and all her needs are met. Great caring people work here! Wouldnt go anywhere else!
