My experience at Heartis Clear Lake was absolutely amazing. The entire team and the residents are loving, caring, and welcome you with open arms. The memory care design is one of a kind and the food was consistently delicious. It's a great place to call home!

I can't say enough good things about the management and the care that my father received while he was at Heartis. Jerry & Terryl jumped through hoops to get my father a move-in urgently so he could begin his hospice journey. The kind and caring staff were there with us every step of the way. The facilities were spotless, security was exceptional, and the residents welcomed us with open arms even though my dad was not there very long. They even put a bird feeder outside of my dad's window at our request to make he last days more comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough.

Professional staff, inviting environment and a great group of seniors that really enjoy living there. Every time I visit, I am greeted by Madison with a warm hello. Terryl and Michelle are engaging and help to answer questions about the community. I look forward to referring our seniors for a tour!

We visited several places trying to find the best fit for our Mom. After meeting Crystalyn we knew we had found Mom’s new home. This place is beautiful, the apartment is spacious and has everything she needs. Everyone we’ve met is professional, kind, and attentive. When residents approach you in the parking lot to tell you “I absolutely love it here”, you know you’re in the right place. Thank you Crystalyn, Melarie, Brandon, and Jackie for making this an easier decision.

It looks like most of the reviews here were written by staff at the facility so here is one from someone with nothing to gain or lose. This is a beautiful community. Its also on the high end with pricing. Instead of a lower price they may offer 2nd and 4th month free, but that doesnt help with monthly expenses and they will have yearly increases. And they will have levels of care increases although the only care i noticed was medication management. No one was using the pt room either time i was there. The apartments are smaller than most i have seen and Ive seen a lot. They have an active social calendar but the 2 times Ive visited Ive only seen 1 resident out and about and both times it was the same man. Maybe the calendar reflects more of the independent side while i was looking at assisted living. Crystalyn was sweet and becky was vivacious but the bottom line for the community seems to be money and status and getting on the news rather than my moms well being. Its a gorgeous facility but did not feel like home.

Heartis offers an emotional and physical nuturing environment. The staff is friendly, caring and available to assist anytime. The resisdents are of varied ages and backgrounds. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to spend there retirement years in comfort, security and where youll get care at every stage of aging.

Love love love this community! The amount and quality of staff there help ensure your loved one has all the attention they need to be sure they are safe and healthy. The management is very hands on and have a calendar full of activities to ensure everyone stays entertained and happy! They also have a great therapy team in house with a beautiful clinic to ensure everyone stays functional and any issues are caught before they create a larger problem!

Ive worked at Heartis Clear Lake since the beginning. It will be 4 years in April, and I cannot recommend bringing your loved ones here enough! Not only do our residents have the feeling of being home here, but the staff is also treated like family. I am absolute IN LOVE with my job, and I dont consider this as work; to me, its truly a lifestyle. #frontierculture

I recently visited this community for their Halloween event. I must say I was very impressed with the community, staff and residents. There must have been thousands of people there and everyone was made to feel special. The building was clean and very homelike. Not at all what I was expecting. We were greeted at the front door by Rhonda Leaks the Executive Director and her team. She was kind and took the time to greet everyone that walked through the door. You just got the feeling that they love what they do and that their residents are very happy. I left the event with my friends and family feeling like we had been a part of something magical. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one.

I like the activities here at Heartis. I LOVE the housekeeping once a week and am glad they provide transportation to Dr appointments. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I like the personality of the staff, I love the servers in the restaurant and I like the feeling of home. I especially like all of the residents. The maintenance team, Bill and Ernest are excellent, they go overboard to help. The chef is open to suggestions.

I have been to several fun events at Heartis Clear Lake. Their crawfish boil is amazing! We have a friend who lives here. She LOVES it and we do too. Lots of fun things going on and it's really beautiful. The staff are like family.

Very clean and detailed. Beautiful furnishings with a warm home feel to it. The independent living staff are kind and friendly, making time to listen to all our questions, and in turn, provided valid responses. The staff is wonderful. They know all the residents names and are so kind. I have a good friend who lives here and she loves it. Everyone is so nice. If you call about something they answer right away. If you can not get ahold of a resident you can call front desk and they will check on that person for you. They have trips for the residents so that they are getting out. Wonderful place.
