Memory Care at Windsor Court is the perfect place for my mom. The facility is decorated to feel like home...very inviting, comfortable, and clean. The staff are professional and approachable, answering any and all of the family's questions, and we are always warmly welcomed when we visit. They demonstrate respect and love for all of the residents in the way they speak to them and care for them. My family and I feel so much peace in knowing Mom is loved and properly cared for here, and we highly recommend Windsor Court for families in need of memory care.

It is an extremely difficult decision to place a loved one in a memory care facility, and one I did not make lightly. After touring other nearby communities, I chose Windsor Court. From the moment I stepped in I felt the love from staff members as well as a cozy, home-like atmosphere throughout. Windsor Court employees are devoted to their residents and truly understand how to deal with memory-impaired individuals. My loved one has resided there for three months and I have not once regretted my decision. He is treated with dignity and respect. I couldn’t ask for better!

I visited this facility some time ago. I was given to understand that it would shortly be acquired by another owner and things were somewhat up in the air about its circumstances. I decided to rent an apartment instead and wait to see what was going to happen to Arbor House.

Arbor House of Weatherford was my favorite. I liked the way the room was set up. There were two little miniature living rooms and it was very clean. I loved the idea of each station not having a bathroom. I liked that they have two centralized bathrooms, one on each side of the space for each of them. One of the things I noticed in other places is that when you walk inside the bedrooms, the odor of the bathrooms is so bad and they're dirty because some people cannot remember to take care of themselves. In Arbor House of Weatherford, the bathrooms were immaculate, very organized, and each resident's things were put away, and they would pull them out and utilize them only when the client was there. It was very clean and I didn't see fresheners in every outlet. The staff was very nice and they really help the residents clean themselves and put away stuff so they don't hurt themselves. Their turnover is very low. I liked everything about them.

Arbor House of Weatherford is lovely and a very nice place. I would very much love to live there. The administrator toured me and she was lovely but needs to get a little more experience. The dining area was beautiful and lovely. They were playing bingo when we were there. Their activity calendar seemed to be very comprehensive.

Outstanding staff that is amazingly well educated on Alzheimers. My wife lives at Arbor House and Im confident shes in good hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for care for their loved ones.

When looking for a place for mom we did a lot of research and toured many senior care facilities. Partially because I wanted the best and partially because I was not ready to give up my role as caregiver. After a year at Arbor House I can say we made the right choice with her care. The staff is amazing and attentive to her needs. Mom is happy and has put on some needed weight. My kids are happy because I'm not tired all the time like I was when we were taking care of mom. All around Arbor House has been a big blessing to our family. Big thanks and much love from the McCall clan.

My mother in-law is less than easy to deal with and Arbor House has handled her like a champ for the last 2 years. The attitude held by the staff is nothing short of amazing. The care they provide to the residents is topnotch and its clear that they love what they do. Thank you for giving my wife and her mother such peace of mind. After being in the healthcare industry for more than 35 years there are few places that have impressed me as much as Arbor House. The facility is clean, the staff is loving and compassionate towards the residents and my mother has been very happy her entire stay. We moved here from another facility after mother complained of not having enough to do. They have so many activities at Arbor House that she always has something to occupy her time. We used Arbor House Weatherford, TX for two years until my mother had to be moved because of her health. To date of the four facilities she has used it was clearly the best. They have staff that has been there for over 15 years which is amazing since this type of business is known for its high turnover. Not to say they didnt while we were there but they had a core of people that gave it stability. FYI they have three different options: standalone apartments, minimal assisted living where my mom was, and memory care. I cant speak for the other options. Where my mother was there were seven rooms with one caregiver on site with overlapping schedules. Several of the ladies needed minimal help, mostly showering so the ratio was great. Food was better than average but its still low end restaurant quality for the most part with some surprises. As far as cost goes it was around $2700 a month and I actually petitioned both corporate and the local manager to raise the rate and pay their employees more. Compared to the other choices it was a bargain. Everyone in moms section was private pay so they didnt have to be there. It was either there choice or the familys. Several had lived in the apartments and migrated to the assisted, often when a spouse passed away. Of all of the places my mother was it was the only one that I had recommended to others. The residents had their rooms decorated for the most part and it had a homely feel. Was it home, of course not. But it did pass the test of you dont walk in the door and immediately detect a strong unpleasant odor. If you are in the situation of having to look for a place for a loved one good luck. The curve is skewed toward the unpleasant side of the middle in my limited experience. Edit. Forgot to mention there were minimal cost increases while we were there, thinking between 5-10% off the top of my head. If the resident can take their own medicine is a big plus. If they cant there is an additional charge of several hundred dollars a month.

I've been in the hotel service industry for 26 years and am continually impressed each and every time I visit Arbor House. From the front desk to the kitchen the employees are a joy and this trickles over to the residents. My dad enjoys countless activities and has a good group of friends. Way to go on providing such a perfect environment for folks with memory care needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking.

We moved my dad to Arbor House with a lot of resistance. My mom had passed away about 5 years prior and he didn't want to leave the house or stop driving. We got him to stop driving with the compromise that arbor house would provide a driver (their transportation buss). For weeks they would drive him by his house to check on it. He's now loving Arbor House and we've sold his old home. They still drive him by from time to time to check on the place. Wonderful staff love old folks and know how to keep them happy when there may not be a lot to look forward to. Couldn't recommend this place more to folks that are looking for help with their loved ones.

My moms been living at Arbor House for the last 3 years and loves it there. She got really lonely and depressed after my father passed and really resisted the move. Were so thankful she went though. At first we used to see her a few times every week but now shes actually busy with friends a lot which is funny and a bit different. She really enjoys the bunco group and putting together puzzles with a couple of other ladies. Its fun to drop in and see her having a good time with others her same age. Highly recommend to any one searching.

Five star staff and facility. Arbor House has become part of our family. My dad is happy and has more friends here than in the previous place. He can be a little rowdy and people at Arbor House understand how to work with him. He never likes to take meds and they have had no issues. Thank you Arbor House for providing such a high level of care!

Arbor House of Weatherford was excellent but wasn't assisted living, it was just independent living and the cheapest at $1,175 a month, but it was more like an apartment. They had meals there and you had to pay for each one. The only thing that was included in the charge was groundskeeping and utilities but no food. They had one small building that was assisted living and 13 patients in there. They were old timers who had dementia. You got your own bathroom with a walk-in shower, bedroom, a den living area, and a kitchenette.

We visited Arbor House; we thought it was very nice, but we couldn't afford it at that time. The room were really nice, theyre very clean, tidy, and very roomy. We didn't see a lot of activities. I had good vibes about it.

I liked Arbor House of Weatherford. The independent apartment was very nice, clean, big, and nicely kept. They had a good reputation in town. Meals were available if they wanted to purchase meals. They can go down to the dining hall or have it delivered to them. We visited the memory care, which was like little dorms.

Arbor House of Weatherford was nice and looked fun. The staff was very helpful; however, the management person who was supposed to meet us there did not show up. The activities and the dining area were great.

My mother has been at Arbor House of Weatherford since October. It doesn't have restraints issues, and they have a lot of freedom. They have their own backyard, and my mother can have her dog. It is a very nice family oriented place. Their staff is awesome with really good people, and they have been there forever -- no turnovers -- and that means a lot being a nurse myself. I have worked in many places where the turnover was horrible because of the working conditions.
